Highly recommend. Broadway is an amazing property. Management is so friendly. Out of all the places I've lived, this place goes above and beyond for their tenants. Grounds are super clean and interiors are updated so thoughtfully.

I called there acquiring about lots of question for my next move. Cheyenne was very nice and informative. Even when i called back a few times she still was helpful and made me feel welcomed to come check out the property and apply.

Broadway Commons is a perfect home away from home. Neighbors are great and the overall community is very quiet. You can’t beat the sunsets over here, and it feels like an escape from the city. I love that it’s still central to pretty much everything in Waukesha & Milwaukee. Management team and maintenance are great & quick to help with anything needed.

It has been about ~half+ year I moved into Broadway Commons & my experience has truly been the best. Apartments are cleaner & newer, a great location(quiet, peaceful, close to nature and yet not far from/to town) and affordable. I mean the grocery stores, restaurants & gas stations are near by. The views around here are amazing all year around. Depending on the apt you live, it has in unit washing and drying units, a garage, relatively newer applainces, and the cabinets/shelves/closets are spacious. I had my friends and Uber/Lyft drivers tell me, how beautiful the apartment and property is. The management is helpful, attentive and responsive, they do everything they can to make your stay here like your home. The maintenance team here are quick, professional and always on-time. Even the maintenance for snow clearing is great and on-time. Natalia(Property Manager) is great to work with. Natalia is welcoming, kind and does an excellent job with communications, she had helped me immensely and has been kind/patient when I was trying to finalize an apartment in Broadway Commons, for all the questions I had. Thank you! Cheyenne, who recently joined the management, has also been very helpful and addressing maintenance requests promptly. It’s 5/5 for me.

Honestly one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. The management is great and the community is welcoming. The apartments are located in just The right spot; everything I need is nearby and easily accessible. 10/10 if you’re looking for a new place these are the best apartments in the Waukesha area

I've lived here for almost 9 months and it has been a great experience so far. Management and maintenance has been super helpful and attentive, I love the underground parking, in-unit laundry, and spacious floor plan, all for a great price. I have a 2 bedroom loft unit and it really feels like a townhome instead of an apartment. This has definitely been one of the best, if not the best, renting experiences I've had, and I've lived in about 5 different communities in different states. I would definitely recommend Broadway Commons!

I resided at Broadway Commons Apartment Homes for four years. I was drawn to the apartments due to the fact that they were new at the time. These apartments are very well maintained. The staff including maintenance are quick to respond to any issues that arise. I had many happy memories in my unit, enjoyed many walks/runs in the adjacent neighborhoods/parks, and found it very convenient to any essentials that I needed. I felt safe. I had a loft apartment that in my opinion was well priced for the amenities of full size laundry in unit and underground parking with storage. My rent did increase incrementally by $60 in the four years there. I would advise taking good care of your carpet and flooring as I was responsible for a portion of the vinyl flooring due to a small dent/hole at move out. I've never not had a complete return on my security deposit in the years I've rented. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of these apartments and would recommend living there.

My recent transition/move to Broadway Commons was nothing less than great! The unit was nice, clean and I felt so welcomed to the community! Natalia was prompt and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My overall experience was a 10/10!
