Cute park with a Nice paved trail around the perimeter. Decently sized playground, though not some of the more modern play equipment that you see at the newer parks. Has plenty of eating area, trash cans, a soccer field, benches, and nearby bathrooms.
Nice lunch spot near all of the restaurant on Johnson Drive in Mission. But, the park is far enough away from the main road to feel like you are "away" for just a moment. The park could use a few more tree, so the parking area will be very bright at midday. There is a trail for walking, playground equipment, and a sports field. There is also plenty of just grass to run around and enjoy. Great place for a picnic.
Recently visited the park for the Mission Summer Family Picnic following the July 4th holiday. Inflatables, games, activities, a free hot dog dinner, and the CFD #2 was close by to cool off the kids. The playground was clean and kept well. Thank you for hosting the free event + the fireworks!
The city of mission had their annual Technic in fireworks display. The park is well kept up
What a great little park. Everything is there. Bathrooms, shelter, walking path and play equipment. We had a blast.
Easy spot to stop and eat lunch, or walk. The trail is .3 mi whereas the city website says "3 miles of walking trails" - however, well-maintained, kid and dog friendly.
Small park with a walking trail.. The gazebo and play equipment are open. Big field is perfect for soccer! Now they have added a baseball field. Only the sign has changed.
Very serene quiet, but extremely energetic due to the transformer line. You can feel it in the air almost. Great place to recharge your social battery, not the best for general meditations though.
Thank you Maya and best of luck on your journey. My 8-year-old has an aerial rig in the backyard, and we took a one-time drop-in class here to see if she could learn more. It was so fun I may join her next week.
To be upfront... My mom said I should never use the word "hate." So, I "severely dislike" coffee. But I love this cafe! I never would have thought to stop in if not for being next door at Mission: Board Game and wanting a snack. The door is open betw
Great authentic selections. Nice choices of Mexican beers . Barbacoa tacos, puffy tacos were great. Salsas and pico with fresh jalapenos a must try. Met the owner/chef today. Very nice people.
We love their burritos and great Vegatarian options as well. Typically we visit the Overland Park location but there's no difference in quality of food. Definitely will be back!
Sully's is the BEST! If you want to go to a bar that feels like a hole-in-the-wall that only YOU know about with the atmosphere of a lively sports bar, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH SULLY'S. Whether it's a drink from the bar from bartenders that make you
My daughter suggested this place when my husbandâs sister wanted to try sushi for the first time. She liked it. I have never been here before. Not too busy for a Sunday eve. Food was good. I had the chicken teriyaki. Family had general Taos , salmo
Donuts are solid and very consistent. This place has friendly workers who are willing to work with you even when you don't know what you want. Their traditional donuts are a hit and have a few speciality donuts as well. My only complaint is how small
