Brixx Craft House - American restaurant in Boise - 7700 W State St STE 110, USA

Service was good. Atmosphere was really loud though. I got the steak fingers thinking they were the long skinny ones but it was the chunks of big steaks that was not even cooked all the way and the breading fell right off which made it not so pleasant to enjoy my meal. The manager or owner came and asked how things were and the waitress took some of the cost off our ticket which I appreciate. Update after reply: I never said it was cooked ok. I did tell the waitress it was not done all the way. I even gave her opinions to tell the cook to possibly make it better. It also looked like that when I got it with the outer layer falling off the steak. I was even told that there was a new person doing the batter but as well as I'm not the 1st person to complain about this.

Great place that exceeds expectations. Friendly service and a nice porch. The poutine has a twist if having fried cheese curds on it which is fun, the burger was great as well and cooked as requested. My friend got a fish dish which she loved so much she ordered it two days later again on grubhub. The steamed vegetables were surprisingly stellar. Solid happy hour specials, it's nice this place is near where we live. This place doesn't seem to have anything to do with that pizza chain in other parts of the country, so don't let that throw you off.

I had a delicious meal. I tried the PB&J burger with the house salad and a large order of Habanero hot wings. it was amazingly flavorful with plenty of left overs to take home. Generous portions and friendly service. Thank you Jocelyn!!!!

Our server live was very attentive to our needs. We arrived at 5:50 pm and it was very busy. Lots of sporting events on the tv and lots of people coming after work. I would not recommend the Ahi as a shareable because it’s too small of a portion, needs avocado and wonton chips. The sweet potato fries were delicious with the elk burger. The cucumber cocktail was delicious - on the sweet side. Great place to have in Idaho.

(UPDATED) Good service. Burgers are good. Food was just a little on the pricey side for what it is. The $18 Dollar Burgers should be around $13 to $14 as they are at other equivalent eateries. YOUR RESPONSE IS FALSE TAKE A LOOK AT A VERY GOOD RESTAURANT (SIDS GARAGE) In Meridian and Boise burgers are made from wagu and Angus and a lot better tasting for the average price of $14 Dollars, and this is just one place out of many in treasure valley. Maybe you should go try a burger from Sids garage, maybe you would learn something 🤔 😉 😏

the food was ok! we had the pretzel sticks for an appetizer and they were very good, but the beer cheese sauce was broken (curdled from being over cooked) :( the cajun fries were a little oversalted and stale, but the Mac burger was delicious and had lots of meat and the ranchero wrap was great too! also had the huckleberry mule and it was yummy

Excellent food, awesome people + great service, the drinks are awesome, Brixx is definitely my favorite restaurant at the moment. The steelhead is awesome, the berry chicken salad is awesome, the "Cherryaki Bowl" is great, the drinks aren't too stiff around lunch time, I'll probably be coming back until I've tried the whole menu.

Stumbled across this place by accident on a busy Sunday afternoon. It must have been fate, because we were treated to the best meal of our short time in Boise so far! Our super friendly and accommodating server, Lorelei(sp?) suggested I try the PB burger, and it turned out to be the absolute BEST hamburger I've ever eaten. By a wide margin! Even the house made pickles were fantastic, and the restaurant manager allowed me to purchase a container to take back home... even though they aren't on the menu. I'm thinking they should be.😃 Overall, Brixx was just a beautiful experience from start to finish, and we look forward to returning very soon.
