Great store for British food, snacks, mugs, etc. They have quite a nice selection of items, and I spent a good amount of time just looking around. I picked up some chocolate and crisps, and the prices I felt were reasonable since the items were imported. I purchased 7 snack items for $19. I expected it to be around $20, so I was okay with the price. The cashier was friendly as well when I checked out. I'd shop there again.
I've been coming here for the past few years and just wanted to share how incredible this place is. The store offers so many amazing treats that takes me back to my childhood in England. It also fixes any cravings now and my kids love it also. Keep up the amazing work and long may you prosper in business!!
Wow! What an awesome store! All of the British goods one can think of are in there. They have teacups, puddings, candy, meat pies, bacon and more! We were able to buy our Christmas crackers there. The selection of goods is amazing! All packed into a this small store!
We come here regularly to buy Heinz Baked Beans for Full English. Original Baked Beans is $ 1.99, but HEB is $ 3.98 and Kroger is $ 4.99. Still confused by the crazy price of canned beans. Pickles, cooking spices mix, fruits jam, tea, teapots, souvenirs, biscuits and British Indian cooking spices are found here. In addition, all chocolate bars, sodas, and pastries, including Crumputs, Kidney pie, Scones, Clotted cream and Bangers. It’s a small store, but there are a lot to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Great place. Love the Hobnobs!! Absolutely scrumptious. Had some tea in my new teacup, very good! Reviewed by real American patriots. -Frankie N. Arthur IV
Excellent excellent. Great products and atmosphere. This is a must stop on our “Texas tour”!
British goods of all kinds. Really like the Mango Black tea. They were out of the shirts with the Beatles crossing Abby road. Aprons with British flag were also gone...oh well next time... Smaller then I thought it would be...
Staff is always helpful. Products are amazing. Jams, preserves, tea, sauces, spices and so much more.
Such a wonderful experience. The staff is fantastic, and the message they promote is beautiful. This world needs more places like House of Shine. They truly give back in more ways than monetary value. They are building our future leaders and giving t
