Bristol Plaza Oceanfront Resort Motel - Motel in Wildwood Crest - 6407 Ocean Ave #4195, USA

I stayed in late April for a wedding in Cape May. The pool was closed and the motel and neighborhood were very very quiet, due to it being off season. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, old-school hospitable. I was pleasantly surprised about the room - the interior has clearly been updated somewhat recently. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't realize I got a kitchenette! That was a happy surprise as well. I'm giving 5* for value and service but there are still ways they can improve: (1) Bottles of water in the room are always a welcome touch. (2) Some of the lights should be low wattage, warm tones for night time. Every bulb in the room is bright and a harsh blue white color. (3) Rooms that face the pool need better options for privacy. Newer blinds that can be folded both up and down would be best, so the room can still make use of the natural light from the windows but raise the blind enough to cover body-height. The current curtains only give the option of all or nothing, but I recommend keeping the curtains since they're already there and serve to blackout at night. (4) The rooms are not soundproof. I'm not sure if anything can be done to fix it but I'm grateful I was there in the off season because it would not have been relaxing if the place was fully booked. Overall I can recommend this place and I would stay again, as the value for what I paid in the off season was worth it. Oh and the location on the beach is nice but FYI you can't hear the waves at all, and while I was visiting the closest beach entrance from the boardwalk was closed. So it's a good option, but not perfect.

Rooms were updated(not 100% updated) but are very nice and clean. Parking is tight and so is every other place and they continually check validation of each vehicle everyday. Every employee we met were very nice. We had to book two different rooms accommodate our stay so they prioritize cleaning up our new room so we just moved out and moved right in. Everyone at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. They have entertainment for adults and the kids throughout the day. We will be back.

Positive: Rooms were very nice. Service was daily, always smelt clean. Negative: The A/C could extend better to the back rooms, living room was very cool, bedrooms were warm some nights. Just a preference, we are polar bears lol.

Yes there is a abandoned hotel across the street but my review is on the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff very friendly. They have entertainment all week at the pool or sundeck. We will be staying here again. Thank you.

I've stayed at this place for the last 2 years, sad to say this will be my last we had a nice stay in July so my daughter asked if we could come back in September for a weekend so i called and Helen Marie gave me a courtesy hold on a room with a promise to make a deposit within a few days Helen Marie no problem very next day I received a call from Cindy who was not pleased with this arrangement and began to tell me they needed a deposit quickly me being a current return customer thought I would be treated better instead was treated like crap what terrible customer service will not be returning.

Un grand ménage a été fait il y a quelque temps pour le rendre plus moderne et ils ont bien réussis tout cela avec le même bon accueil et service , c'est un endroit calme et prêt de la mer.

Was a good place to stay short time , clean rooms but make sure to have a 🚲 intead of the car as they have very tight parkings and limited spots 🚗

Only thing we did not like was there was a big gap at the door out to the hallway. We stuffed a towel in it at night. Also the AC didn’t work the best.
