Bristlecone - Coffee shop in Cedar City - 67 W Center St, USA

Needed a place to sit and do some work and this was the perfect find. I ordered an Americano which was tasty. Staff was super friendly and the shop itself is really beautiful. Plenty of outlets at the bar area if you need to charge anything. Definitely stop by for a visit!

I love this space. The pour over is perfectly brewed. I enjoyed the bird dog: roasted sweet potato, cooked spinach, shredded cheddar, bacon, and a fried egg. This is delicious, and the price is not cheap but not ghastly overpriced. There is a lot of seating, and you can choose the level of coziness from barstools to couches. There's ample parking in the lot and on the street. I'm sad I was only passing through town, so I couldn't participate in the yoga classes they offer. Next time, as I will stop here when I drive through next.

Such a wonderful place in the downtown cedar city. So many locals recommended this place and we can say they are right. The staff was super nice and offered us the pup cup for our dog boy. The coffee was very good. We had the iced coffee and hot drip coffee. The iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes so the taste wasn’t watered down after the ice melted. That’s incredible. The coffee shop also looks very cool and clean.

Ordered the Matcha Latte, simply delicious, the baristas are amazing and so kind! The aesthetic is lovely 😊 highly recommend stoping by, they have plenty of seating; all so cozy!

We went as a big group to do hot yoga tonight, and it was amazing!! ANGELA IS THE BEST!! She was so amazing at guiding the group, I felt like I knew exactly what to do while keeping my eyes closed! It was simultaneously one of the best workouts and most relaxing evenings ever! Highly recommend🧘🏻‍♂️

Coffee here is pretty good for a place in Utah. Definitely a sweet coffee shop for sweet coffee lovers with a gentle coffee taste. I like my coffee strong and intense and not very sweet so I get two extra shots and my latte 1/4 sweet. Coffee could be stronger, but I don't think any one in Utah likes coffee the way I do. Atmosphere is nice. Their bagel sandwich is delightful.

Wow! We read about the breakfast bagels and they certainly lived up to the other raves. Great stop for us on our road trip

Not a Yoga fan...but a fan of this places coffee! Pour over was smooth and not bitter. Wife had a creme brulee cappuccino...her comment "One of the best cappuccino's I've ever had!" The burnt surgar and foam were perfect. We'll be back later to try some food next time!
