Brio Italian Grille - Italian restaurant in Naples - 5505 Tamiami Trail N, USA

WOW.... Everything from beginning to the end was phenomenal!! From the host who was vibrant with such a bubbly personality to our server was 5 stars. There was just one tiny issue which was resolved which was I did not care for where we were sat which was in essence, a walkway to the kitchen but after requesting a different table, we were placed in a nice and cozy booth. The bread they bring you is SO amazing and fresh. I had the Chicken Limone which was perfectly breaded, nice and light capers and the lemon sauce was superb along with the mashed potatoes and broccolini. I am so happy we chose to go to celebrate the New Year at such a nice establishment.

Despite not having meatballs, one of my favorite Italian grills period excellent food every time. They get busy, but worth the wait. The hosts are awesome too. Kaitlyn, five stars!

We enjoyed our office Christmas party at Brio’s. The food was great, and our server Andy was wonderful! It’s nice that the food and bar menu is diverse enough to offer something for everyone. Thank you for all your hard work Andy!!! We will be back!

What a wonderful afternoon lunch with my Mom! Atmosphere in our outdoor booth was so fun. The staff was very friendly, from the hostess that sat us, our waitress and even the manager. Food was great and they even waited with my Mom while I got the car. Thanks to all for a great day!!

I was in Naples on business and wasn’t having the best experience. Went here for dinner after not having the best day, my server was Israel. His meal recommendation, his personality and service made all the difference. My evening ended great! This is what this job is all about, the experience. It’s not always easy working with the public and making one’s experience as great as this gentleman made mine. The meal was excellent as well. Thank you so much! He should truly be recognized as his service was exceptional!!

What a truly wonderful “date night” experience my wife and I had at Brio’s. The food was outstanding, but what really made our evening simply perfect was our waiter Israel. His friendliness and attention to detail is unsurpassed. He treated us as though he was welcoming us into his own home. It was a dining experience that we look forward to repeating as soon as we can. Kudos to Israel and the folks at Brio’s for creating a night to remember!

After years of going to other restaurants at Waterside my wife and I decided to give Brio a go. It started pleasantly - we were seated quickly and a waiter came to our table immediately, taking our drink order. We enjoyed reading thru the menu and each found a dish that sounded good. Then things began to take a turn towards the unpleasant. The wait for our dishes seemed to take an excessive amount of time. During the wait, no one stopped by our table to see if our drinks needed to be refreshed, no bread was offered, etc. Then the "surprise" - our food arrived. First, both dishes were hot and smelled delicious but we were surprised - it looked like we had ordered from a kids menu. My wife had ordered the gorgonzola crusted medallions which came with creamed potatoes and asparagus and while that is what she received the 2 medallions were literally the size of a half dollar coin each. While the taste was delicious it was a very disappointing meal for her. My grilled chicken Marsala was also very good and while served on a similar plate was a much more substantial portion. Again, no one stopped to by to see how we were enjoying our meal or to ask if we needed anything (hint - fresh drinks!). To add insult to injury the waiter dropped off the check, without asking if we cared for dessert, stating that they could add it if needed. Needless to state, we do not plan to give Brio another chance at this time.

This is picture of takeout that I JUST opened. This is how it arrived. This is what $10 of lobster bisque and $30 of seafood risotto looks like to Brio… like someone’s half-eaten scraped-off leftovers. It went promptly in the trash and my card company reversed the charge; we don’t pay $40+ for garbage.
