The service here is absolutely terrible. Example: I asked to substitute a topping for the pancakes and the server looked at me like I was insane. Their face was in disgust, and all the while I was still trying to explain my order. I just wanted to add blueberries and chocolate chips to my pancake, jesus. She also brought the bill early, even though we were still eating. I've been here a few times with friends, and always this one server (potentially the owner as well?) has terrible customer service. I have a hard time recommending this place after this experience.

Great prices and selection. This place is the ultimate cheap diner in Boston! Bonus points for their delicious grilled muffins and their participation on the Too Good To Go app.

Really good food for amazing prices. In Boston it's hard to find food that's not pricey. If you love traditional American comfort food you'll love it here. It's like Waffle House but better quality. Bill was $20 for two large platters for two people. Was packed when we got here but we waited for about 15min and were seated on a Sunday at around noon. Our waitress asked if we wanted free refills at the end. Per someone else’s Google review, I ordered the corned beef hash and two eggs with toast and breakfast potatoes. All were good. Be aware that a lot of crazy-looking / unsanitary people may be here at the same time as you, or hungover college students. But everyone has a right to service of course, so do not be afraid. It is a good spot for those not looking to spend too much money. Very convenient for public transit as it's right off the Washington St stop.

This Is a 3 star place when it comes to service efficiency. They have issues with order taking and time to deliver food to the table. However the food is ok for a diner style of food and do not want to lower their rating too much on Google. They can fix the service issues with a little effort. The food was tasty and priced appropriately. Enjoyed the Thai iced tea with breakfast 😁. Parking is tough here so if you are on foot or using public transportation you are golden, there is a bus and metro stops just across the street. The place was packed when I arrived but only waited 15 to get seated and as much to get my order taken. Felt bad for the table next to me who were waiting for longer. Note that when you get your bill they would add the 7% tax to each item on the bill so the prices on the menu and bill are off. It is weird the system they are using.

Excellent cheap diner with friendly service. Don’t come here if you want fancy food, they do regular breakfast options great.

I had the vegetable omelet no cheese. It was made with fresh vegetables (broccoli, spinach, onions, peppers, and mushroom). It comes with your choice of toast and home fries. I had the raisin bread toast. The meal was delicious. Very good service and clean establishment. I will definitely return.

It is a hidden gem in the street. A small restaurant offers a variety of fast food, good for a quick brunch or a simple meal. It was showed the restaurant that the prices were increased early this year. However, it was still cheap enough for a simple meal. The restaurant was very busy when we get there around 12pm on Sunday. The tables were very messy since no one was available to clean them up. We ordered three sandwiches meals for a lunch. That is enough to cover 4 people. At this price level, I should say, the food was great. We spent $27 for 4 people, sandwiches only, no drinks. Fairly say, probably should be about $10-12 each person with drink.

Pretty basic, 2 star motel style food. Nothing special. No good options for vegetarians or vegan, not much healthy food option. I asked for vegetables, and they boiled lots of pepper and onions and served it to me as food. Asked if they could add mushrooms, and there was literally 3 tiny slices of a mushroom. Not even one single whole mushroom was in it. Thanks for nothing
