BridgePoint Inn Daly City - Motel in Daly City - 3255 Geneva Ave, USA

The location was convenient for an event at Cow Palace and the room was mostly clean. However, when I checked in there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, and I could not explain to the host that I already had a reservation. This resulted in much back and forth with the booking company and the host, with me pacing around on the phone for 45 minutes at 3 AM. Eventually she noticed that my name was on a printout on the desk beside her the whole time and let me into my room. The very next day, I’d left my backpack in the room to attend a convention at Cow Palace, and the cleaning staff left the door wide open the entire day. Nothing was stolen, so that was a point in favor of the neighborhood, but it was still concerning.

When i got there the rooms smell like dust as if they haven’t been used in years The shower head was so clogged it literally went anywhere but you The bathroom was small to The handle to the bathroom door also didnt close unless you forced the door shut Would never come here again this is sad considering I love hotel rooms

Very convenient location for event at Cow Palace. The hotel is cozy and, clean and friendly owners. Water and snacks provided constantly and available to pickup at the lobby.

Positive: I chose this motel as it was 2 blocks from the Chinatown street car line (which gets you to all lines) and seemed secure for the car as it's pretty much enclosed with in the compound. I was right, the location was great and the room actually nice.

I’ve never before in my life have gone to such a bad hotel. Once we got there, the carpet was messed up and not at all cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when we asked for rolls it never came so we called down again and they said we had to go down there to get it. A sticky glop that had molded over on my bed. The towels had red stains on it (please clean your towels. Jeez!). Breakfast? Don’t even want to talk about it. We got a none smoking hotel room and it sure did smell like it. The pillows were the worse and so THIN! The bed was so obvious that someone has slept in it. The fridge smelled as if something had rotted in it. I don’t write reviews but since this hotel was so bad, I need to let people know!! We also got a room for my grandparents, there was a hole in the covers. Other than that.. well there was no other than that. If I could give a zero, I would. I would have preferred them to spend there money on good service and actually clean up the room rather spend it on a tiny pool.

It's a good value if you're just using it as a place to end up after a show at the Midway. Free parking, an 8 minute Uber, and clean rooms. Nothing fancy but it did the job. Very friendly staff as well.
