I worked with this business for months on installing a TV antenna on my home. Finally got in all the parts and came to install. While there a tech advised that if I wanted a better signal I could get an additional piece for about $100. After spending over $1,500 another $100 wasn't a problem. So shortly thereafter I called to order and have them install. I called 4 different times. Was told by 3 different people that parts would be or had been ordered. I have never heard back from them. Even after repeated calls, emails and texts to the Co-owner Denton. This is a female Veteran owned business that I would like to support but after such a disappointing experience I can not. And recommend you spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

The team was extremely professional and pleasant. They hung my Samsung The Frame TV with care and skill. They were efficient and did a great job! The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable customer service! Our experience with Bridged Technology was outstanding! They were so responsive and helpful. We reached out on a weekend and immediately received a call back. Not only was a service technician at our home in a day, but his solution was extremely honest and his concern was for us and our home. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! Had a phenomenal experience with Bridged Technology today. Was having issues with a TV I hung over the weekend. Nick & Mike came in for a free consultation, examined how they could fix it, and were professionals on ensuring the job was done right. Their prices are comparable if not better than most companies that I surveyed prior to. Definitely plan on using them again for my future projects

First Experience was great. The team came out and did an excellent job mounting a tv over a fireplace. Second experience, not so good. I called and clearly indicated what I needed to be done. I advised that I needed a sound bar mounted and a door lock. I was told that the team could come out and do a consultation, and then would be able to complete those items while they were here. This was not the case. When they came this had not been communicated to them, and they had no time other then to look and give me an estimate. Another wasted day. I am not sure what companies think about a customers time, but many of us have extremely busy schedules and simply cannot afford to schedule multiple appointments to get tasks done. It is frustrating when I clearly communicate what needs to be done, am told one thing, and they delivered something different. Probably Wont be doing business here again. As a business, say what you mean and mean what you say. And if you promise to do something and don't, make it right. I will see what they do, but at this point my review is a 2. We will see if there is some follow up or not.

They were very kind and polite. They worked quickly and did a great job overall. I was a bit indecisive about placement, but they were very patient and provided good insight. They also helped me set up my tv as well. Great service!
