Bridge View Motel - Motel in Nine Mile Point - 1024 Bridge City Ave, USA

0/5 Wow, I have been to some pretty terrible motels but this place is the absolute worst. The room was fine, it was actually very clean. But the manager or whoever was working the night shift on 09/08/20 is a hateful little man My friend had gotten a room (before I arrived) there so he could have a place to sleep that was close to a job he needed to work the next day. I had never seen the inside of the front office as I hadn't purchased the room and I had absolutely no idea there was a no dog policy. I show up with my very well behaved quiet 7 year old dog to drop off some of his things not even trying to stay long. He had already been asleep by the time I got there. I went in the room after having a brief conversation with the neighbor of my friends room. Not more than a couple minutes later I heard the same guest say outside the door "At least talk to her first, come on man she's awake just talk to her" I had a feeling it was about me (it was late with no other traffic) I open the door to a red in the face angry middle aged man pointing at me telling me he was calling the cops while writing down my license plate info. I tried to diffuse the situation and calmly attempted to explain that I wasn't lying and that I really didn't know dogs weren't allowed and it wasn't even my room and that I was leaving right away. That wasn't good enough. He tried to walk into my friend's room while he was sleeping to kick him out. I closed me and the manager out of the room before he could slip in through the door. He banged on the door, furious, until my friend woke up and without listening to anyone kicked me (not even a guest) and my friend AND the neighboring rooms guest out of their rooms without a refund. The neighbor got kicked out for asking him not to yell and suggesting that he was being unfair to us. None of that was necessary in any way. I literally had no idea at all about the dog policy, I hadn't even been to that motel before! Additionally I was leaving without fussing over it when he threatened to call cops on me. I was already leaving WITH my dog! This man-baby is out of his god bless'd mind. Don't go here unless you like getting yelled at before getting ripped off and left without a good place to sleep.

Where should I even begin? When we checked in the Room was Filthy, The refrigerator had stagnate water in the Bottom, The Microwave had food stuck all over the Inside and the Tray to heat up food was missing,The Hot water did not work, The Television remote would not flip through the channels. Just to name a few things. When we told the Manager about the Problems He came up to the Room and basically barged in yelling and screaming,threatened to call the police because we were complaining, and to make it worse I was Naked and Had to run and Grab a Towel. When we asked for another Room He refused saying "No Room change" So at that point we asked for a Refund and Got the Exact same response.And Not to Mention when we left to go to the store our personal belongings had been rummaged through. Someone was in our room when we were not there. This is By Far the worst experience Either Myself or My Fiance has ever had at a Hotel or Motel.

I have never stayed there, but when I enquired about a room, it was available. The price was reasonable. To me, this is a place for migrants workers & a place to get away for a couple of hours. I do know, last year, they finished renovations

The room was clean but the smoky, stale odors remained in the room so it made it unpleasant. I must say I was impressed it had a microwave and refrigerator, so cudos for that.

It is a low budget motel, but it's one needed within the town it sits... Not a bad place to stop in for a shower and to rest your head if passing through on a long journey.

It's not a luxury Motel but the room was clean looks newly renovated but not other hotels I have stayed in. Over all its nice for a one night stay if you just need a place to sleep.

Was a little hesitant to stop here, near sketchy neighborhood but was pleasabtly surprised room was cheap and clean, looks like an update was recent had flat screen and quiet. Didn't see or hear prostitutes so not sure why that was reviewed by people

During Hurricane Ida they left me and my son in the heat and they have a generator they refused to use it and the refrigerator did not work very well i hate that place and also they are very rude and they lie about they prices they also always change their prices
