Beautiful park and excellent camping. Loop A has paved roads, gravel camping sites with 30/ 50 amp electric. Loop B is all gravel. Most sites have nice lake views!!
Indian Creek campground! Always a good time. Well kept and excellent staff. Spacious level sites. Try their bbq brisket pizza, it is AMAZING!
What a great Experience, it is absolutely breathtaking. The hospitality and food was amazing. They are very friendly and will help you get anything you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone you will have the absolute time of your life and will wanna go back for more.
Indian Creek Campground: August 2022. We really enjoyed the beautiful prairie hills, and the huge expanse of Fish-filled water. It was so quiet, so peaceful. Staff was very approachable, and friendly, and quite helpful. Signage was great, and the roads are wide, and clear for taller rigs. Sites are widely spaced, mowed, many if not most, with views of the gorgeous Missouri River. Saw Bald eagles, tree swallows, barn swallows, a flicker, common goldfinches, Robin's, a turkey buzzard, mourning doves, & lots of seagulls, ducks, and canadian geese, and cormorants, and more! Lots of LBB'S! Felt very safe, and was kept up very well. Out-of-State fee was $7.70, and transaction fee was $8.00. We rented a rustic cabin: with A/c, heater, and electric with sleeping for 4 adults, picnic table, trash bin, and deck for $67.00, plus the $8.00. Not cheap, but we needed a night in a real bed! lol. They have pit toilets, and facilities with showers, and toilets. there is a marina sort of in the campground, with a little store, and cafe? did not go there, but they also have cabins, less rustic apparently. Quite a pleasant experience. Boating and fishing are huge here, and there is plenty of boating room on this extremely large dammed lake. A definite place to visit regularly!
This place is great. The food is fantastic. We stayed in the cabins and are perfect for fishermen. The black lab, Buck, is a nice treat too.
Genuinely great people! The new atmosphere is nice and the restaurant has awesome food. You don't have to wait very long and the prices are very reasonable.
The last time I was here, was I believe in 2002 and 2003. We had some of the best times of our life up here as kids. We quit coming because the water levels where down well over 20 feet. The fishing had slowed down big time. I see that the water levels are back up which is so great!! I hope to come here again very soon. Why now only one set of floating tires in the marina?? Used to be more👍

Rick's is fantastic. Absolutely love this place. The chili is amazing. I strongly suggest talking to the owner. Rick is usually serving and taking orders anyway. The recent remodel is wonderful. More space and kept the quality. A must try restaurant.
