Honestly the moving process can be extremely stressful and difficult especially when your moving into a new city. Brian Nunes (leasing Consultant ) was one of the most professional and effective person I worked with during the process. He’s an example of customers focus and delivering excellence. He went above and beyond with every request. He was so patient with me asking so many questions. I would like to personal thank him for his kindness.
We had a really great experience moving in. Monica was wonderful – she was super kind and helpful throughout our tricky application process (not Brickstone’s fault), from touring to signing. The unit was clean when we got inside. There were some bugs from lack of use but nothing like an infestation. And Monica was right on it when we brought up the concern. The pool and gym areas seem nice (the pool goes as deep as 6’6” I think). And there’s a mini herb garden/planter, though I’m not sure if that’s in use. Though the place is nice, Monica really made the experience pleasant for us. A big thank you to her!
One of the most important factors when looking for an apartment is the quality of the leasing staff. This complex has such a wonderful team! Caring, thorough, and efficient at their jobs, they make the move in process a breeze and are always available to rectify issues quickly. 10/10 would recommend
Good Morning, I would like to send out a “special shout out” to David the maintenance supervisor. This past weekend the pool was experiencing some issues with algae in the water. I had spoke to David about it and he told me that he is working on it so we can have a memorable Fourth of July. David did not fail, he closed the pool on Monday, to prepare the pool and make sure it was safe and useable by Tuesday ( 4 of July ). We had an amazing time with family and our neighbors, David even made tacos and feed everyone in the pool area. Plus the tacos were amazing, Thank You David.

Really enjoy living in this community! I just renewed for my 4 th year. They maintain the community very well, anytime I put in a work order the issue is addressed quickly and the office staff is very friendly and welcoming! Very thankful I found this gem when I did. 😊
Do not live here. It is infected with roaches and your apartment will constantly smell of cigarette smoke even though they claim to be a smoke free community. Management is useless
