Brickhouse Craft Burgers & Brews - Gastropub in De Pere - 500 Grant St, USA

Great place. Very clean and customer service was good. Prices are decent. Clean restroom. The only complaint is that the burgers were over cooked. They were extremely dry. We ordered 4 different burgers and all of them were dry. We ended up tossing them out. The drinks were good but not consistent with the alcohol amount. Some were very week and some were as expected. Lots of beer choices and the pickles were fantastic!!!! Would definitely visit again if I'm in town.

Atmosphere: Walking in you are greeted by a large open dining area with a foyer leading to upstairs dining. Well stocked bar with craft beers and liquors to suit anyone's taste at a reasonable price range. Through the service window you can see a clean and organized kitchen. Food: The burgers are FANTASTIC. The Mac n' Cheezy and the Egg-celent Burgers were both delicious and perfectly cooked. The pricing is reasonable and the size is generous. Service: I was disappointed when we walked in. We received a snarky remark from one of the waitresses about wanting to sit by the windows. However, our waitress was excellent, friendly gave timely service. I will come here again for your much better than average burger.

Do not order the loaded Bloody Mary. The spices in the Bloody Mary are so over powering I could not drink it. It was terrible. By far the worst Bloody Mary I have ever had.. The smorgasbord with the Bloody Mary was Ok. Bacon over crisp, and burger over cooked. The kids slider was Ok, but the burger was way over cooked. The server was sweet though. A bit of history aside from the pub. My Great grandfather built the hotel back when trains were the main mode of cross country transportation.

Very friendly people along with staff, food was really good too and reasonably priced. What I thought was sort of strange was before my meal came I was given a plate FULL of pickles, I had to ask that I did order a burger, right. Started eating them and was pleasantly surprised that there were 4 different types on the plate. Bread and butter, dill, spicy, can't remember last one but all were good. Server said it was just something they did.

5Aug23 1330 came for a couple of specialty burgers, left fuller than I have been in a very long time! A huge wedding party came in, so they were waited on immediately; it was a little chaotic for a moment. Understandable. Our waitress was outstanding!

Great place after the game. Quite crowded, we had a large party. Took a bit to get seated, finally grabbed a booth and a table near each other. Lots of Green Bay Jerseys, and some Bears as well. First time in Title Town. We were very well treated at the game at Brick House after. Lots of good conversation and great food/ drink. Crazy large selection of beers (and others drinks). Had Onion Rings, Curds (of course) and Poutine! Burgers were great, brought stuff home!

Twenty something watering hole with craft beer burgers poutine etc. The burgers were double patties and loaded with extras. The meat was cooked pink as ordered but It was too lean and dry. The grind was coarse and chewy. The egg buns are far from brioche and fell apart on the second bite. Grilled onions were flavorless! One wonders if they were cooked properly, a simple, slow process. Everything was over-seasoned. The coated fries tasted weird. They were under a heat lamp, in bulk, during service. Three different kinds of pickles came to the table as a giveaway. One variety was over salted and the sweet pickle chips were…you guessed it, too sweet. The service was prompt and polite. The food was expedited in a timely manner and the kitchen and restrooms were clean.

Can’t wait to go back and try other menu options!! And you give pickles, which are Delicious, after being seated and honestly it is a key to my heart!! Patty melt and bacon cheeseburger were Delicious as well!!
