We got married here January 2023 and returned for our anniversary earlier this month. The rooms and service are still as amazing as we remember from our wedding. However, I'm really disappointed that they no longer have you fill out your breakfast meal card and have it ready for you in the restaurant anymore:( we thought that was so cute and cool since we had never been anywhere else that did that. It seemed more personable, but we did receive a personal written card with a snack on the bed when we arrived wishing us a happy anniversary which was very sweet. We will still return most likely for our anniversaries but hopefully they'll bring back the breakfast cards and it being included with the hotel stay!

The location is the best thing this place has going for it. Can’t beat being able to walk to the wonderful shops and restaurants on the main street. I can’t say otherwise I felt there was much done above and beyond to make this place a very special or memorable stay. Fine if you’re looking for a convenient an average place to stay. We requested bottled water many times, and were told that it just hadn't arrived yet? Fine if you’re looking for just an average day. We requested bottled water many times, and were told that it just not had not arrived yet? The few pastries that were available in the common room when we checked in on Friday were also still there all day on Saturday which made me question how good they were. And personally, I did not get a sense of warmth and welcomeness from the staff.

My wife and I were at the Inn for the nights of 12/24 and 12/25. Overall, we were very disappointed. The bathroom had no space to place more than one item at a time. It would have helped to have wall shelving. The shower was cramped and floor slick and dangerous. Nothing to grip onto. No ceiling fan in bathroom. We placed our used towels as instructed, to receive new towels - but that did not happen. There was a table with 2 comfortable chairs in one corner, but with no lighting in that area. Lamps on bed tables were inadequate for reading. There was not a feeling that management had attempted to provide for a positive experience.

My adult daughter and I stayed for two nights at the Brick Street Inn in July, 2023. We both found it to be a perfect weekend getaway, situated in a lovely town not far from the other family member we were visiting in Carmel, IN. Clean, very comfortable beds, and excellent service! The adjoining restaurant, Auberge, was also delightful and we enjoyed patio cocktails on the afternoon of our arrival, and brunch the first morning of our stay. Staff at the Inn were very friendly and accommodating. The town of Zionsville itself is charming. There was a Farmer’s Market right down the street from the Inn on Saturday morning and the sidewalks were crowded with visitors. Families, singles, couples, dog lovers, filled the streets! The Brick Street Inn is located on Main Street right in the middle of where all the restaurants and boutique shops are. I have found my new favorite place in the Brick Street Inn, and plan on several repeat visits in the future!

We stayed here while visiting for a family wedding in Whitestown. From the time we made the reservation we were made to feel welcomed. |The attention to details was phenomenal. |We enjoyed room 8, a corner room with two windows so it was bright and airy. The room was very clean and the bed sheets soft which led to two great nights of sleep. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee that was in our room.|We made ourselves at home when they encouraged us to us the little pantry which had soft drinks and some munchies. |We thought the value was excellent for all we received. Highly recommend this inn

Unfortunately when I called to check on a room availability for the night I was not told there was a fall festival going on right behind our inn. The inn itself is romantic. However the band played until after 11. Nothing the Inn could do but I could have been told when I called in. Also the hotel bar and restaurant were closed. Something else I did not know when I booked the room. Location is the draw. Nice toiletries.

This was a charming place, with a lovely bedroom and bath, and public area downstairs. Parking was great and the late checkin worked well, with helpful instructions before we arrived. However, despite the notes (and their welcome email) to the contrary, the restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast at all, nor were we compensated for it. There was a smell when we entered, like old stale food, and it permeated the whole two floors, even into our bedroom. There were instructions for the thermostat in our bedroom which was very cold when we arrived, but no heat went on when we tried to change it. |We were disappointed that the receptionist the next morning was unsympathetic to our concerns. I did notice in the morning that someone had sprayed Febreze or something like it around the hallways.

We chose this Inn because of the write-ups we found regarding the attached restaurant. In making reservations and conversations with the staff while checking in, the fact that the restaurant is shut down due to renovations was not mentioned. The desk staff was apathetic. The room was passable but not exceptional and we had to jury rig the door to keep it from locking. The commercial district in Zionville was delightful. There are a number of good restaurants in area.

For a city park near a freeway. Is an amazing little nature gym. Gorgeous November day hiking along Eagle Creek, which is lined with magestic Sycamores and other old growth trees. The there is a steep set of stairs to access the trail, but once down

Great spot with award winning wines. Thankful there were dry whites and reds, which sometimes you don’t get in region. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to visit their new space soon.

Love this gem of a restaurant in the Zionsville village. It is so beautiful and they have the funnest patio seating in the alley between the buildings. Our waiter delivered great service and our food was amazing. The beet salad was flavorful, lite, d
