Food is always amazing and Tilly the puppy is always so cute and sweet! I got half avocado half mushroom with the soup of the day (asparagus and wild rice), he got the taco wrap. I got a hot tea jasmine tea and a drink I forgot the full name i think it was Charlie Chaplin but it was good (quite bitter but very good)! Thank you again for another wonderful experience
The Reuben was amazingly lean and juicy, so good. Hubby said the filet salad was one of the best he has ever had. Fresh raspberry tea and the Louis Armstrong were yummy and refreshing on a hot July afternoon. Will definitely go back next time we are in Skowhegan.
I had a beautiful lunch here. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food and coffee was great and they made me a "London Fog" tea which was really delicious. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the changes of Brick House Kitchen. Before the new years and announcement of close down, Brick House was my favorite place to go. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the staff including Tilly were great. Since the new opening and new chef, everything has gone downhill. The restaurant is now bare, the food is by far nothing to boast about, and the prices have sky rocketed. It’s really such a shame.
Cute restaurant. Love the house dog. Very well trained. My order was placed wrong but easily fixed. It was spectacular. I had the gluten-free veggie Flatbread pizza. My husband had the taco wrap which he loved as well. Portion wise the servings are big (enough for two or to take some home). Very nice place if you are looking for something more on the healthy side (which is harder to find now). Highly recommend if you are near this location. Sad to see the "for sale" sign on it. Hope more people visit so that they can stay open.
We have: 2 gluten free eaters (one Celiac, one intolerant/migraines) 4 pescatarians/mostly vegetarians 2 kids A dog They were able to accommodate our whole menagerie, and even gave us some Advil when one of our party wasn’t feeling well and the place we’re staying was a 30 minute drive away. The gluten free bread not only tastes too good to be true, it actually holds together when forming a sandwich and doesn’t just crumble apart. (Are we CERTAIN it’s gluten free? Yes, yes we are!!) The coffee was delicious! The haddock chowder, for a first time seafood chowder eater, was really out of this world. The other sandwiches and salads were so good, and the staff really went beyond to help us!!
Gluten and dairy free goodness! I had a wonderful roast beef sandwich on homemade toasted gluten free bread with sun-dried tomato mayo, bacon and bean sprouts. So good! Then add a chocolate gluten and dairy free whoopie pie that was amazing!
Always good sandwiches and tasty soups! My favorite is the chicken sandwich with the roasted red pepper sauce. I wish they would sell the sauce! So very yummy!!

Ordered our party platters from Pak lee tonight for NYE. Great food. Great people who work there. They had everything ready right on time. Thanks again
The wait for a table...it was long. Very long. You have to stand awkwardly in the busiest part of the restaurant while you wait...unless you wait outside. Hostess was also bartending so the customers were confused about what to do. Despite this, eve
