We had dinner reservations for our anniversary. When we arrived, they seated us right away. Dinner was amazing. The food tasted great! Our server, Emily, was very friendly and helpful. The manager also came over and introduced himself and wished us a happy anniversary. We had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be going back.
Fabulous, one of the finest restaurants in North America!!! Wow, incredible service and knowledge of the menu, wines, bourbon, and scotch. I had one of the best corn chowder soups anywhere in North America. My salad was excellent... but my main course is a custom dish with a pesto pasta with shrimp and lobster ravioli with a tagliatelle pasta...WOW!!! The beauty of Michigan, along with some of the finest restaurants in North America!! Great wine selection, great bourbon, and scotch selection! It's just an overall wonderful dining experience! A huge call to Steve & Rae behind the bar...knowledge, hell yes!
Brick and brine has an exceptional atmosphere and delicious food. We’ve loved every server we’ve had. Always so nice and accommodating. They have a large variety of items to choose from as well as mocktails, cocktails, and desserts. Bread and butter comes free. They have gluten free options too!
We took our son here for his birthday and I was taken back by everything they did for him to make his feel special. He got his own personalized menu and a small birthday dessert. He also got multiple HBD’s from various staff. The food and staff were exceptional!
Our first time here was a mixed review. We enjoyed a family style meal with the whipped feta appetizer (amazing), innovative Caesar salad (pictured), lobster ravioli (excellent), faroe salmon (cooked to perfection and veggies were stellar! The special of the evening was a fail - the server did not disclose that it was not vegetarian, and it was quite dry and unremarkable especially for a surprisingly expensive entree. The server also brought the wrong wine and didn’t make any meaningful effort to address or remedy the errors. It’s a beautiful space, with nice live guitar music, but the service should have been more attentive to these errors with better customer service.
A fantastic place for an upscale dining experience! The food is top-notch, and that’s a fact.
The atmosphere is what you’d expect in a fine dining establishment. The staff is friendly, professional and our waiter knew the menu quite well.
I had the roasted duck, and every bite was DELICIOUS! Their specialty cocktails are also worth mentioning. Our mojitos were on point.

Travis our server was very patient & knowledgeable and helped me decide what to order. Everything we ordered was amazing. I felt like the staff was prepared and was waiting for us to show. We didn't have to wait to be seated but made a reservation during happy hour and ordered the Mushroom Canapé (must have), Brick fire meatballs (must have), Chicken wings asian flavor (descent) and a couple drinks (berries & champagne) for half off. Nice touch for Brick and Brine to have Happy Hour (4-5:30) at a Steakhouse. Ribeye, Lamb Chops, Roasted Mushrooms were all truly delicious for dinner. It was a wonderful experience for my birthday and I bet everything on their menu is worth every penny. Will definitely be back.
Second time being here and the food is magnificent. Service is phenomenal, everything is seasoned perfectly, beautiful atmosphere. They treat for with such respect. Scallops cooked to perfection, puree balanced, and one of the best risottos I've had yet. And I love that they have spiritless liquor.

How have I missed this place for almost 2 years?!? Great vibe, seasonal wine list, awesome craft cocktails, spectacular farm to table menu! We did the wine and small bite pairing: 10/10 recommend! The best part of the evening was the service. Hands.

I had a party there in their outdoor heated tent for my kids birthdays and Kelly was so easy to work with. Food was delicious, and it was so nice to order and have drinks and food brought out to the tent so we didn't have to miss the party. The kids

After having all my teeth pulled and not really wanting to stick with traditional jello pudding mashed potato type diet I found this place. Still just as easy to eat, but 1000x better. I ordered the cheeseburger potato and it was beyond what I expect
