Edited for clarity: We are able to track the driver who took just under 12 minutes to travel from your establishment to our house. Some cooling is to be expected but cold to the touch pizza, wings, and meatballs in under 12 minutes is a no brainer unacceptable. While I would normally call a place with any issue's (everyone has a bad day here and there) sending the food out in the condition you allowed was all I needed to know. Someone had to actually look at this food, handle this food, and then pack this food knowing it was burnt as in burnt through not residual from the oven. Perhaps spending a little more time correcting these issues in house versus chirping back with defensive excuses would help. Extreme ownership goes a long way. Especially in our area. Order placed at 5:15 on 01/01/24. Follow up advisement had delivery arriving by 6:15. Food arrived at 7:00. Ordered pizza well done, wings crispy with an accompanying side of meatballs. Per driver, the food was not ready and she had waited nearly 2 hrs for same. Cannot verify this but the food arrived cold as in chilly. Both the wings and Pizza were/are inedible and appeared as if they were in a house fire vs a coal fired oven. The meatballs were also cold, were tossed in with a salad and tasted like same. How/why this food was allowed to leave the establishment let alone for a paying customers is a question for the ages. We have eaten here a few times and ordered the same food in the same fashion. All was great the first 4/5 times however, the last few times produced gradual decline leading to today’s charred mess. This cannot be blamed on coal fire residue, the food was burnt, period. Once one of our favorite dining spots is a no go moving forward.

The pizza was good. Not the best Neapolitan coal/wood fired style I’ve ever had. Pizzeria Locale in Denver, Juliana’s in Brooklyn, and Razza in Jersey are still my top 3. The meatballs and arancini were very good. Service was almost non existent, and when someone did appear or deliver food they seemed annoyed. I don’t need a corporate mandated speech or walk thru the menu, but more than a scowl and grunt would have been a happy medium. Interior design was nice, complete with mural size photos. But the entry was over run with pizza boxes and delivery app drivers. The host/take out area disorganized and unclear. I directed more people to the host stand than any staff did while waiting for our table. In the end, pizza was good, other items were better, but not worth the chaos and disinterested staff.

Got a regular pizza with pepperoni and spicy wings. Everything was overcooked and didn't taste good. The wings were incredibly small (see picture) , especially for the price. No sauce or blue cheese. Ill give 2 stars because it looked like they use good pepperoni, too bad it was way overcooked and super dry. Wont be back

The food was fantastic. Really enjoyed the sauces with the dry rub wings. The server knew about celiac and was able to help the table order. Was a very nice restaurant and will be back when I'm in town again next.

Started with the salad; good, but romaine lettuce was a little rusty colored. Dry rub wings were delicious. Large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms was also delicious. Pepperoni had good flavor.

Been going here for a while and just decided to write a review!! This is my go to place for pizza and I almost always get the fries and margherita pizza because it is just so delicious. Literally THE BEST pizza around! First place I think of when i’m starving. And i’m pretty sure they have gluten free options and vegan cheese too!

First Time Wanted A Clams Pie But No Longer Have It Needs To Be Removed Off The Menu. Dry Smoked Wings Outstanding. Food Fresh Will Be Back. Owner ask me how can he get the five star bring back the calm pie or take it off the online menu.

We ordered pickup for 3 large Bricco (regular pies), one cheese, one veggie (olives 🫒, onions 🧅, mushrooms ),and one meat pizza (pepperoni 🍕, prosciutto ham 🍖 , soppressata, sausage). Our Veggie was the best and the Meat pizza a close #2.
