We've stayed here twice and enjoyed ourselves both times. Decent amout of activities to keep you occupied if you want, beach area, 2 playgrounds for kids, new rec hall. I like that most roads are paved for the kids to ride bikes/scooters.

My grandparents have been camping here since the grounds have been built! I've been visiting since before I could even walk, & this - to me - is an extention of my home. I hold this campground very near & dear to my heart, and it's grown tremendously over the years! They've really put time & effort into making this beautiful campground, a family playground! There is SO MUCH to do there!! Tons of activities for the kids, & for the adults - definitely recommend checking this campground out!!

I have been staying here for years and it was ok but this year was horrible we used to stay there bc we didn't have a home and we stayed in the winter last year but this year the owner didn't let us bc someone complained about us "living there" and he didn't give us a earlier notice so we had to rush to get a house and he also said it was illegal to stay in the winter but it wasn't last year also people stayed up past quiet hours playing music we were playing music kinda loud and it wasn't quiet hour and we were told to turn it down would not recommend coming here.

Overall the campground was very nice. The sites mostly surrounded 2 large ponds which housed activities. Alot of people fish the ponds too. Sites were decent but very rocky which was a bit of a pain for tent stays. It very much seemed meant for camp trailers. The campground is also very dog friendly which is a huge plus but take note, there's are alot of dogs!! Facilities all seemed clean and maintained which is why rooms were rated 4. While I didn't interact with alot of staff, those I did were very friendly and helpful. The campground also offered alot of activities for kids and families. I gave location a 3 based on site conditions, site proximity to one another, privacy, late night noise, and other considerations.

I love this campground. This was our second time visiting here. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to sign up for next year for the summer seasonal, but I was told the owner did not want to offer it anymore. It would be so nice to stay here for the summer they offer so much!

There was a lot of activities all weekend long which was wonderful. I also appreciated the dog poop stations placed in all the different locations for our use. Very kid friendly, and all 3 kids enjoyed themselves. The public restrooms are clean, but freezing cold because the heater wasn't on. I was surprised that it did get very quiet right when quit hours went into effect which was nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My complaints are that weekender sites are a little small and you have to share electric and water with the sites behind you. We had to wait until morning to have the neighbors unhook the water line to their camper so the y junction could be put back on and we could share it. Also, people parked golf carts on our site and vehicles because they had a food truck across the street and our site became a parking lot for people even though they could see me and our tent on the site. People also used our site as a cut thru for getting to the bathrooms.

This past weekend we had the opportunity to once again visit this magnificent campground, but just for the day. Extremely dear friends are seasonal there and they celebrated a birthday. Approximately 50 people all celebrated a birthday where it was so evident to see the love gor each other. The last time my wife and I were there was back some 25 ir so years ago when 17 families stay there fir the July 4th holiday. Back then it was an awesome time and it still seemed to be, if not more, a friendly and caring place to share with others. The party was a a rec hall where the last time we were there it was just a pavilion, but now it has walls, lighting, heat, and what looked like, soon to become a kitchen area. It was great to see the growth over the past couple decades they have accomplished. We had just a little bit of contact with staff there, but even just the minor contact, it's the same. Friendly, genuine smiles, waves, just major concern to make sure there were no problems, going out of their way to show us where we were going when we first arrived. One of the staff members, in their red work golf carts, I think that's what they were, actually just said "follow me....we'll get you there". Even Strawberry Park NEVER did anything remotely as that !!!! The store, rec halls, activities....clean...CLEAN...C L E A N. OH, did I tell you about the cleanliness of the restrooms ?!!!!? They were clean...hehehe. Staff and campers alike were all friendly, but then, I always said for years that campers are a totally different breed of people. My wife and I are seasonal at another campground in northwestern Connecticut, up in Barkhampsted. We started as a holiday weekend back in fall of 1999, and never pulled the camper back home. But if it weren't for the higher price, we more than likely would of been here instead. Attitude, activities, smiles with an occasional handshake, as small as they may seem, go a long way. Brialee has all that PLUS. This campground and its staff should congratulate themselves for having and maintaining such an awesome place for friends and families to get together. To make new memories and friends is something Brialee seems to have done for many, many decades and should be extremely proud of their accomplishments while introducing older and newer campers to the marvelous world of camping. THANK YOU for that, and thank you for all of the great memories. My wife and I will be back.
