Brewsters Restaurant - Hamburger restaurant in Fairbanks - 3578 Airport Way, USA

Like the warmth of a lantern in the night beckoning weary travelers near, Brewsters pulls the local Fairbanks crowd in for a bustling local scene, tempting patrons with classic American-style eats and bar-like atmosphere. I especially am a fan of their appetizers, such as the quesadillas and cheese curds. Brewsters is one of my favorites, and could be yours too!

Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. The Caesar salad was huge, perfect amount of dressing, and the lettuce was fresh. The popcorn shrimp breading had a really good Cajun flavor and the cocktail sauce was amazing. The Reuben was very good, a little too much sauce so it got soggy quick. The jalapeño burger had a great bite and the waffle fries were very tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything here was great! The burgers were delicious. Our waiter was friendly. The atmosphere was great. We didn’t go here expecting them to knock it out of the park but they sure did! Hidden gem for sure!

The halibut was super good! (Pump house was a little better though) The burgers were good but not amazing, the steak fries were pretty good, the waffle fries were very good. The mozzarella balls with the sauce were amazing! Would go again for sure, but it wasn't the best place I've eaten.

Food was sooo good. Amazing flavor. As soon as u walk in you can smell the steaks and they they will be delicious 😋.

This place is a local favorite and the food is amazing. We got ribeyes and they were cooked to perfection and came with like 4 sides - great value for money. If you want a good meal you really need to give it a try.

Went here for dinner with the family and we were seated fairly quickly even with how busy it was. Got our drink orders and food in a decent amount of time considering how busy it was there. The food was pretty good and decently priced. The only suggestion I’d have is to please dust y’all’s ceiling, it was a distraction from the overall experience and maybe fix the menus(they were falling apart)

This is definitely a don't judge it's booked by its cover place! My menu was falling apart, the first glass they gave me had 2 giant cracks in it. It seemed a little outdated... but then I ordered the halibut! It was absolutely amazing! Crispy firm perfectly executed! The tartar was homemade and absolutely delicious! Overall I gave it 5 stars and the issues that would have brought the score down were erased by the food! My girlfriend and I both wished we would have ordered the double order of fish! I can see why the locals recommended brewsters!
