Actually really enjoyed staying there if I could have afforded it longer I would still be there. Pets are accepted and great people live there I miss being there

The sheets were dirty as was the "jaccuzzi", there were no pillow cases, and they did not bring clean towels without request. When I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the tub myself the mother/owner started yelling something in her language (they are all Indian and very hard to understand) The wifi was spotty then after I complained about it, they shut it off completely. The owners/staff were very rude, and would yell to each other about me in their language, which is in poor taste for business owners. They told me to leave if I did not like the crappy wifi service, and I told them I would if they pro-rated my refund, as I was not paying full rate (I reserved and paid for a week) for the nights I had stayed, as it was inconvenient and disgusting place to stay. Do not waste your money. The Bel Air motel down the street are very nice people and only 4 dollars more

Very dirty very smelly bathroom was gross I wouldn't put a dirty dog in it .no heat dirty sheets blankets an even the curtains were nasty dirty an smell ..I payed for a week but got sick from the smell. I asked for my money back .the owner said u r taking money away from us to feed the big family that lives in the back .which I personally believe he uses that as excuse for people to feel sorry for them .I told him I don't want money back but I am going to turn it in to health department. He then begged me not to call health dep an offered me $100 back in attempt for me not to make call to them .I knew then it was a very bad place for anyone to stay at .please please don't waste your time or money here .cause it will cost u lot more with a trip to the er or doctors visit .I so mean every word of this review .if u stay here remember I warned u of getting sick .so have a nice day some place else .also its not worth any stars .if anything it would be a - minus 10 stars for sure .

i called for price and when i got there they tried to jack up the price. rooms are fairly clean, at least beds and bathroom. older rooms. the heat didnt work half the time. found drug paraphernalia in bathroom. sheets had burn marks, but smelt clean. its okay i guess but for 15 bucks more you can stay at days inn with free breakfast...guy in office cant speak english well, very hard to understand. wifi only haf 2 bars so it didnt help much

Traveling for work and it's a cheap out but nice. Stayed a couple weeks and had no complaints seeing I was only there for sleeping. It's just outside of town which is my kinda place when u work 3rd so I actually can rest during the days

WORST motel/hotel I have ever stayed in. The elderly gentleman that owns it is beyond RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. News for ya old man, here in America we do not point fingers in another person's face, especially a female. Learn the language, culture, customs and DO NOT put your finger in another persons face.

Brewerton motel in Brewerton is the worst motel out there the owners walks in your room with out permission even when your out n about the owner enters rooms to be snoopy floors are falling apart mold in every room heat don't work They miss treat there guest can't speak a word of English walls dirty no ice maker no way wash clothes this place should be comdemed and if you have mental health problems they treat you different the owner wants everyone to do his dirty work he wants money but wont pay you for your work they have the most nasty place I ever seen for rooms with 2 beds he charges 300 a single room is also 300 he favorites certain guest

The employees were nice and very helpful. I am giving this place 4 stars because my room was very clean and the service was great.
