Brewer Union Cafe - Diner in Brewerton - 5771 Miller Rd, USA

We stopped in for breakfast our first morning in town as we were excited to try their food based on the reviews we've seen online. We were not disappointed! I had the hash and it was like heaven, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and full of flavor on the inside. The fried potatoes that come with it were so good! My wife had the cowboy breakfast, which is so big a lumberjack would struggle to finish. My twin 10 yr old boys both had pb&j pancakes and cleared their plates and raved how good they were. Cool atmosphere with 70's rock on the radio in the kitchen 👌. So glad we stopped in outstanding food.

My mom and I are on a little cross boarder shopping trip. We really try to stop at the best places while we travel anywhere that is affordable and easy to get to from the highway we’re travelling on. Brewer Union Cafe hit all these points. The reviews were enough to warrant us stopping. Man oh man were the reviews correct. We were greeted quickly and sat down. Our waitress Courtney was extremely personable and on the ball being proactive anticipating our needs even with her being the only server. She gave great suggestions on what to eat and gave us background on the chef/owner and how he ensures the ingredients are the best. She was hands down one of the best waitresses we have ever come across. The food came in large portions and the Bam Bam burger was amazing. It was a little bit spicy, a little bit sweet and had a thick juicy burger patty. It came with maple syrup/coffee grind fries which were delicious and very unique ! Hats off to the chef and the staff at Brewer Union Cafe ! You guys deserves 10 stars ⭐️

We walked over from our AirBNB and had a nice breakfast. It wasn't too crowded on a Friday morning, so we had quick breakfast with friendly service. The food was good, but being southerners it was different, a good different. First time having some of the styles like cathead biscuits was interesting. Overall was great quality dishes, would love to have lunch/dinner to try what they have to offer on that side of the things. +Cowboy breakfast +Chicken and Waffles +Coffee +Service and Staff +Cost -Cathead biscuits (Texture): Sorry I'm too used to flour biscuits, but I would have it again, so not that big a deal! -Potatoes: I'm no huge fan of most breakfast cubed potatoes, they aren't terrible, and were definitely eatable/enjoyable mixed in with everything -Smaller size dining area; I could see if busy there being a decent wait, but did not experience

The chef here knows what he's doing. Every thing on the menu is amazing. Huge portions and well thought out flavor profiles. They definitely know their way around a smoker and meats in general. Highly recommend. Also very gluten free friendly for those with sensitivity or intolerance.

I'm glad I found this cafe to stop by during a road trip. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and really delicious. The PB&J quinoa pancakes are amazing!

Some of the best diner food I’ve had in a while. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Foods a little pricey but quality and quantity make it totally worth it. The specials they have are always very unique as well.

Incredible coffee in generously large and fun mugs, fantastic food, kind and friendly service. Super quality experience from start to finish.

Another amazing meal at Brewer Union today! I’m in love with the poutine, it is an absolute delight everytime I get it. We also got to try the delicious baked goods, the pumpkin brownie was delicious! As always we were greeted with smiles and quick service. I highly recommend checking out this diamond of a place!
