Frank was super helpful in my demise. Long story short I really messed up my brand new laptop and Best Buy was no help at all! And that’s where I bought the laptop from… Best Buy gave me some bad advice and tried to get me to pay them more money for a simple fix. Frank analyzed my problem quickly and resolve the issue effectively. He understood that I’m technically challenged and was careful in his explanations. He was fair, honest, and easy to work with. I really really appreciate you Frank thank you so much! Oh, he also paid attention to the fact that I don’t see very well, and made sure that my cursor was large enough but not too large and a different color so I could recognize it easily. I didn’t ask for that but it was a really nice personal touch that says that he listens and understood my needs. He’s got my business for life!

We had a hard drive that stopped working. It was like DOA. Because, like everybody else, we back up files as often as the Browns go to the Super Bowl. We were lost. Mr. Bretz gave it one shot but the drive was too far gone. Then he tried another recovery program. Nada, nothing. Well, very much like myself, he wasn't about to face defeat at his own game. One more attempt with a program he had rarely used before but had had great success. And YEAH!! - all the files were recovered. The 3 days it took Mr. Bretz to recover my files, not to mention the more than reasonable charge to do it, was well the money and time. And I picked up a used monitor for a great price also. Twice the speed for half the price. Frank has, for years, kept our office equipment in perfect running order. His computers are race cars compared to what we had previously purchased retail.
