Visited on a Monday afternoon in late August. It’s a great park overall. Well maintained, plenty of trees and shade. We spent most of our time in the playground. It’s a good playground with a nice variety of elements. All in good condition. Soft ground in the playground. It’s quite close to Logan Airport, so makes for a good stop if you want your child to blow off some steam before a flight. Recommended.

Beautifully maintained and well-lit park, one of the best highlights of living in Eastie. Wonderful place to bike, walk the dog, go for a stroll, or have a relaxing picnic at the tables or in the grass.
I come to the dog park often and although there's no grass, I like that there's shade and it's a good size for playing fetch. There's a big dog and large dog section. It's not usually too busy at the times I go.
This place is a gem of East Boston!
Our band played at the amphitheater sponsored by the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway organization. I could not believe how clean and organized this entire park is and great location..

July 30 Sunday the employee who cleans the restrooms in the park. He is a person who does not deserve that job. I asked him if I could use the bathroom and he refused me access. I would like to report it but I don't know where. I had an emergency and he deprived me of access to the bathroom,
The jet-fuel smell is a killer. I'm not sure if this is even safe to breathe all that jet-fuel, specially for kids. However, the park itself is wonderful. A kids dream. Lots things to do and play, and lots of space for them to run wild. I wish there was some way they could absorb that jet fuel smell from the air.

Nice park for a walk, run, or bike ride. Beautiful water front views. Nice place to get from one area to the other without having to walk through city streets.
Ohh itâs amazingly mesmerising peaceful park. Ina city full of buildings and people itâs a calming place to be there. Best to visit it at the sunset time, you can walk, do yoga or just sit and do nothing.
Beautiful square, derivative of the east coast architecture you cannot find back home in California. The freedom trail runs through the square, Chesnut Street in the fall is a must visit.
If you are visiting Boston downtown during weekend this place offer $9 parking for all day ! Itâs only 10 mins walk to Quincy market and near by attractions. also have restroom in the lobby which has added convenience.
