Morgyn is a rock star. Great service and knowledgeable. I wish the staff weren’t allowed to use the fitness center- especially 6 of them at a time, making it very difficult for me as a guest to use, and parking all their bikes Lin the 10 minute only parking for over an hour- one bike taking one spot that’s marked for 10 minute parking and they’re all in the fitness center an hour or more. Sat around waiting for them to leave for 45 minutes and when they were done I had to head out- didn’t get to my workout.

Speaking for our cabin (553), the space was comfortable and functional. The furnishings are dated but all worked and the cabin was clean with adequate supplies. The pool area was very nice, our grandchildren (toddlers) had a wonderful time. Very helpful staff.|At $140 per night (for 3 bedroom/3 bathroom) we were pleased with accommodations.

The Good--- Responsive and friendly staff, beautiful area. The Bad--- We were booked in a one level cabin, called a "Chalet, #6." It smelled musty the whole week. Took my 92 year old mom, who, along with my sister and me, ended up with sinus problems. The staff did everything they could to help, but since they have crawl spaces under the cabins that might have had standing water, it's hard to control. The floors were uneven, the bathrooms were very small and the HVAC unit in the closet of our bedroom sounded like a 737 was taking off. The bed we slept in sagged in the middle. NOTE---We booked two different units. The second unit was a one bedroom with loft, and it was nice....right on the water. Our kids stayed in this unit and were very happy. It was in the Pointe Place building. There are two management companies involved in the timeshares at this resort--Narveson Management & Leisure Suites. Not sure the details or impact of this, but I do think it plays a part.More

True disappointment - we were in Pelican Bay #35. Beds were the worst - one extremely hard, one extremely soft with a dip in the middle and the Murphy bed looked to be 15 plus years old with stains. Ended vacay early. No help from resort staff when reached out to them despite there being empty cabins. One can make do in the cabin, it does have a “old musty smell” but plan in advance on how you will get a good night sleep.

My wife and I went to Pelican Breezy Point (RCI timeshare) on 10/07/2019 for some fishing. We checked into the room #521 and found the individuals at the registration area to be pleasant, helpful. But the room was Huge dissapointment, with no updates since built it appeared. Furniture was worn but functional. In looking futher the furnace door was slightly open, and found a furnace and filter that had NOT obviously been cleaned in years. The gas input was totally moldy and rusty. The mold was caked onto the furnace beyound the filter. I called the desk and informed them of furnace filter clogged. Someone came and replaced the filter but nothing done to the area behind the filter. It was to get cold on Friday, so we left on Thursday so would not breath the dirty air produced by the poorly maintained heating area. Pics showed the problems. Not planning on going back!

This is the most rundown place I have ever stayed. The timeshare building is shared with the pool, so it's hot and nasty smelling. As you walk down the hall it's dark and things are broken and the walls are peeling. I'm an older person, yet nobody said anything about putting us on the top floor with no way to lug our stuff up. Please, do yourself a favor and find another place. I just checked in am already incredibly disappointed.

A decent place, but you cannot buy a drink and take it your room! The mattress was way worn out To many love making romps is my guess The single chair will break your back. For the price I would certainly stay here again Runs about $57.00 a night! The Commander Bar is probably 7 yards away. Good to be back in the Pequot Lakes area again Go Vikings Will beat Green Bay by at least 7 points

Keep my kids busy and not crowded at all!
