This place had gone down so bad its sad the owner must not give a damn. Anyway I just ordered the irie pasta spicy with oxtail from here. Instead they gave me the plain pasta without the oxtail😒. I was hungry so i tasted the pasta it was disgusting trash with a hint of cinnamon. The spice was non-existent at this point i started to think not having the oxtail was a blessing. Call them to tell them but i was on hold for 7mins probably fgt about me like they did the oxtail so service is a 0. Crazy thing is the pasta used to be great but obviously no upkeep in quality here. Do not order from this establishment u will regret it.

Worst place to order food from the service sucks even when they mess up your order , food is improperly handling when being taken out when you ask them to put on gloves they give you an attitude while waiting for my order there where people also there to pick up orders the restaurant doesn’t care about online orders that’s what the young lady with glasses made is seem like they had people waiting 45 minutes just to pick up and online order. I’ve never had experienced such awful customer service in my life . When you ask to speak to a management they just get another worker to give you a big attitude and doesn’t listen to your complaints and fix them . The cook never has orders ready on time and when the online order people go to get an update they online come back with 20-25 minutes more never an actual time , I watch someone doing online delivery complain about waiting 45 minutes and the young lady at the order pickup area told him he has to wait another 20-30 very rudely and the gentleman was being very polite. This is a typical Jamaican restaurant ..bad customer service even worst when you ask to speak to management. I’m contacting department of health and filing a report for unsanitary conditions . Handling people food barehanded is disgusting and unacceptable. When also ask for someone else to take out my food with gloves they started getting very rude remind you I’m waiting in line for 15 minutes witnessing the horrible service to the delivery people I just thought it would have been a different experience for myself that’s why waited . But never ever again will I even think about ordering or going to this place . If you want horrible service go to this place .they whole staff needs to be fired especially the cook who can’t even inform the employees accurately how long an order will take to be made too many orders I guess and not a experience cook looks like . Give him some help so your customers don’t have to wait so long for their food . Give the food servers some training in sanitation requirements here in New York .. isn’t this why we have letter grades for stores..

The Ackee and Saltfish with provision was deliciously tasty and perfect temperature. So was the Peanut and Oatmeal Porridge. I loved the fried Breadfruit and Bammy. Everything just hit the spot for me. I will dine in for dinner one day soon.

The food was delicious. The resturant is clean and the server was polite. I had curry chicken with rice and beans with steamed veggies and plantains. They also have takeout. Parking is around the corner or the first right turn before the location. I will be back.

DO NOT order the sticky wings!!!!! I swear it felt like they used real glue! The wings on the bottom were literally stuck to my plate and the waffles tasted like some sort of cookie with syrup. My chicken and waffle experience here was awful as I now should've gone with my first mind and orders the jerk chicken. My wife had the shrimp and loved it. If I ever go back, chicken and waffles isn't an option

Raquel was our server and she was GREAT! The food was AMAZING and TASTY. I had the seafood platter with garlic butter sauce and let me tell you…. Bussin! There was thyme in the seasoning! The spices were authentic and true to those with that picky Caribbean palate. We also ordered the goat head soup… (had to get another bowl to go)… we got the lamb chops and that sauce was ah-mazing! What item can top alllll of that, we got the waffles and jerk chicken for our appetizer… never will you EVER taste waffles like this in your life. The cost was budget friendly too. Highly recommended and I will be back SOON!

We went for a 12pm reservation on a Sunday, and although a little understaffed, the workers on hand stepped up to the challenge! Let me just say that the food was SUPERB and we have 3 very picky young adults!! Every dish that was put in front of us was DELICIOUS, and we had quite a few to select from. The peanut oatmeal porridge (which we had Never tasted prior) but were encouraged to try (even provided with samples), was GREAT! The vegetable potstickers were nice and crunchy on the outside and filled with delicious goodness, and loved the dipping sauce. Our absolute favorite food, was the ackee and saltfish with fried dumplings. We loved the authentic flavor of the ackee and saltfish and the dumplings were out of this world. They were HUGE and deliciously CRUSTY on the outside!! The same can be said about the festivals. We had never seen festivals so huge. They were Phenomenal! The boiled dumplings and bananas were good as well. Our kids couldn't get enough of the saltfish fritters! We also got 2 dinner entrees: Escovitched snapper and Curry goat. Our pickiest child ate ALL of her snapper and raved about it! We have recently been to Jamaica, the country, and I will tell you that the curry goat was AUTHENTIC. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and loved the heat off it. The portions of everything were GINORMOUS! All five of us were Well fed, and we had a ton of leftovers to take home! In our humble opinion, the food RIVALS The Door! We will MOST definitely be visiting this establishment again and would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a delicious meal

From the outside looking in, the restaurant looks like it was closed. We literally had to go in and still wasn't sure whether we were able to go in, sit, and dine. Staff was not very welcoming until they realized that we looked lost. The food and drinks are exceptional 👌. Loved it. However, the ambience needs alot more work to invite patrons to sit and dine. Lightly covered decorated tables, and possibly some soft music in the background will do the trick.
