The move-in was very hands-off from the staff, which I actually appreciate as it made it even smoother for us. Liza was still very responsive to any questions or concerns we had in spite of us never meeting face to face. As for the apartmentss? They're fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, everyone here has been so friendly and we've not had a single issue. We are super happy here! You're right in the middle of the safest part of Rockford and you're only a couple minutes drive from anything you could want. Very pleased with our decision to move here.

Moving in process was nice and calm , didn’t have any issues with my unit everything was up to date. Nice and quiet environment for all residents. Irena and Adrian took care of me , made sure I had the best moving in experience as possible.

I just moved in so I’m only speaking on the move in process which has been great. Liza has been awesome! She’s fast to respond and was patient with me as I try to cover all my bases cause I’ve been burned before so I’m very careful during my move ins and she was very patient and kind which I really appreciated Edit: very negligent during the winter

I am hugely satisfied with the entire rental experience provided by Adrian and Irene Jahovic of Breckenridge Rockford Apartments. Irene helped me select an apartment that was appropriate for my needs, guided me through the application process, and assisted me in getting all the paperwork finalized. The apartment she selected for me on Tulip Lane is gorgeous, and when she performed the final walk-through with me and said "welcome home," I knew I had made the right choice. Adrian and Irene are delightful people with whom to work, and I cannot recommend them, or Breckenridge Rockford Apartments, highly enough!

I have had interest in two of the properties that this management organization has to offer in the Rockford, Illinois, area. I inquired about one of the locations on their corresponding website and the wait time for a reply was almost immediate. The leasing manager, Adrian Jahovic, was professional and clear in communicating things to me. I will definitely be following up with availability next year during the spring!

Irena and Adrian were very helpful from our application up to the time that we moved in. All our requests were addressed quickly. They keep their promises. The unit is very nice and homey. It's just that the wall AC unit can't make the whole unit cool. It would be perfect if they have a centralized AC instead. But overall, it is all great and totally recommendable.

Been at Breckenridge for 2yrs now and it’s been a great experience. My departure from the property is personal and not due to my experience here. Working with Irena and Adrian has been a pleasure, they are very attentive and helpful. Even upon giving my notice they continued to work and try to find a fit for me. I highly recommend this property. Keep up the good work!
