Breck Inn - Hotel in Breckenridge - 11078 CO-9, USA

We stayed at the Breck Inn and it met our traveling needs. We were close to the downtown area, the gondola and easy access to the highway to travel elsewhere. David, front desk, was awesome. Very forthcoming with things to do and restaurants. Ollies Pub and Grub was scrumptious and Giampietro was great. The "free" gondola provided great views from above. If you can, bring a chair to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Little Blue River. Do not forget to stop and see Isak Heartstone, the Breckenridge troll, 10 minutes from town and near the ice rink. Sapphire Point Overlook was gorgeous. We did experience haze from the fires so our views were not as stunning as normal. Three days was plenty of time for us to spend in Breckenridge.

This place is way better than expected! The customer service was wonderful from check in to check out! The place was nice. The areas to take your dog out were nice. The hot tub was better than expected. Overall, a great stay!

The drive was beautiful coming from Denver, then to hotel was a different swing around to get to hotel. Once settled went to the Breckinridge distillery and other restaurants on main and plentiful restaurants to visit, also did the Peak 8 for some mountain fun and gondola ride to Peak 8, I recommend a weekend visit with family or couples you will love the experience.

Very mediocre accommodations. Beds were horrible, like big soft marshmallows. Room furnishings were Motel 6 quality. It WAS quite clean, staff was well-trained and helpful, and the complimentary "Continental breakfast" was a bit better than most (good coffee!) but overall a poor experience. Will not be returning.

It was OK for a quick 3 night trip, located close to town. Mainly just slept there didn't really do anything else there. Ate breakfast one morning but I like a good hot breakfast and it wasn't there.

The Breck Inn is just a stone's throw away from the gondola parking lot (which is free after 3 p.m.!!) and downtown. The lodge entryway is extremely cozy. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were always extremely helpful and generous, and allowed us both an early check-in and late check-out free of charge. This hotel felt very down-to-earth with the amenities of a high scale hotel, far from a common, commercialized hotel with screaming children in the indoor pools and loud neighbors with their TV up late at night. Will definitely be coming back!

The front desk attendant David was amazing he went above and beyond any expectations I have for any hotel staff he gave us free tickets to the rec center across the street gave us multiple coupon books and a good magazine for places nearby even gave us a list of his top faves. He also gave us a bus route and walked us through how to get into town. David alone gets 5 stars!!! The hotel was pretty quiet the first floor holds all of the dogs that are welcome to stay so second floor was our choice we had a balcony and everything. The breakfast was good the offer waffles fresh fruit yogurt cereal coffee donuts bagels and the frozen breakfast sandwiches, but overall great for a quick breakfast before hitting the town.The free bus that goes to town bus stop was right across the street which was nice I didn't drive much while we were up there

The Breck Inn is located just outside of the town, which is more of a short hike than a stroll. We felt safe there, with plenty of parking, great facilities, and friendly staff. The room was spacious and of good quality, and the breakfast hall the best we encountered on our 4 week, 6000 mile US road trip. The place has a resort feel. We were there to do some hiking but didn't research properly and found most trails nearby still closed. However we did find that directly behind the Breck Inn we could explore and get lost for a couple of hours in the forest till dark. The main street, shops and restaraunts in Breckenridge are definitely worth an afternoon/evening stroll. We would stay here again.
