Cool to go to the end of Texas. You can walk down a bit and go to Mexico. Don’t recommend. But it’s not busy, fun place to chill. There is always a border patrol car on the beach if you don’t mind that.
Driving your vehicle on the beach is awesome! If you’re close I recommend the excursion. It’s close to SpaceX too!
Better and cleaner to go to the SP Island! Boca Chica Beach has been plagued by oil up and down this week (August ).
Pretty place. Please do not drive on the dunes, or even onto the beach...it's very disturbing! Park & walk those legs!
An Excited experience in; Hiking, Camping, Fishing. 6am -6pm 12hr adventure. No parking spot park anywhere but could get vandalize be becareful.
There are no structures facility buildings none.
Camping set up was simple used none commercial gear but need one compass. Also camp built in toilet (take small shovel). Hardly any wood and stones so bring your own.
Hiking was amazing. Environment sight was awesome beautiful from; sand dunes idk 20 30 feet high hills, animals tracks from deer, coyote or dog or bobcat and crab trails but no snake sighted there're around. Plants from different kinds. Butterflies looked like 3-5 inches long. Becareful where you step muddy places when your behind the sand dunes. No tall trees just tree sherbs. There's history here a supplied fort more info (Palo Alto battlefield)in the 1846 everthing made of wood, but it is buried in sand dunes. Much more to see.
Not forgetting the Boca chica beach. Great for fishing. Lots of passing vechiles depending weather, people friendly to unfriendly.
This is a place your on your own state park. There's a lot of danger be on guard always. I've tried it and loved it. Group of 4 people.
Enjoyed it and coming back for over night stay. But be warned there is a story told that scares me but I'm willing to camp it out. 😀👍
Four wheel drive may be necessary to get past the entrance but easy to drive once you are past. There are no restrooms or shower facilities and the trash cans were overflowing and spilling on to the beach. The water was clear and the beach was sprinkled with shells the kids could collect. The best part was that it was not as crowded as South Padre Island and it is free. There is a checkpoint on the road out of the beach.
Beautiful beach with so much wildlife and the wonderful treat of driving by Space X a must do
Definitely a really relaxing place where you can spread your arms plenty of space never crowded the some of the best fishing in South Texas off the jetty and if you're someone that likes finding really neat and cool shells this is your spot
This was a great evening out in the night air, watching young adults, older people, and children just having a good time at an open air market. The smell of all the difference foods, the smile on the children la face, the music, movie on a large sc
Simple, but nice trail system that goes around the edge of the disc golf course. Covered by trees. Great for hiking, jogging, or birdwatching, which is why I paid a visit. There are bathrooms near the playground on the northeast corner, but nowhere e
Great park, nice view, lots of picknick areas with plenty of covered picnic table areas with BBQ grills for each. Even lots of clean restrooms. And a small playground and a wonderful kids area with spraying water. 2 lakes, bridge, view platforms and
Well cared grounds and facilities give way to great activities for extraordinary memories of sports, reunions and barbeques of all sorts... anytime of the year here.
We all have to do what we can to help shape our present and our future with our city
Originally called Chachalaca Park, this park has a beautiful resaca which has been preserved for shore birds and Neo-tropical migrants. This 11 acre park is Easily accessible from Central Ave. or Clubhouse Rd. /Via Boca Chica Blvd or from Port Isabel
I enrolled my son here for Summer Camp and he loved it so much! It was a great way for him to make new friends, have fun and keep busy during the summer by being active. The staff was friendly and always communicated with me well in regards to my son
It's a park. Has been taken very good care of. Has 4 basketball goals a plastic playground for smaller children. You can also barbecue there, as long as you clean up after yourself.
I highly recommend Kuk Sool Won. They focus more on educating positive values and use martial arts as a way to convey these teachings. It shows kids strength and resilience. Shows them how to become strong, disciplined, motivated, and highly educated
Workouts are great! The staff is so nice and motivating because they push you through the workouts. It's like having your own personal trainers for 30 minutes because they watch what you do and make sure you're doing it right to avoid injury. Highly
Huge, clean & well maintained new location. Great place to train the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for all levels!

I have been training at Galvans Gracie Humita BJJ school for several years. I can honestly say Professor Manny Galvan and Professor Martha Galvan are highly trained and very professional. Their school gives off a family vibe and they welcome all who
Loved the show! Intimate setting, seating could be more comfortable but overall worth it and glad it was in Brownsville so I didnât have to drive all the way to McAllen to go to events like this â¤ï¸
We enjoyed this place very much! We got to relax and have a nice chat over some delicious coffee. The owners are the best and they have so much to offer. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I am hoping they can get their own building one day because this
We had an excellent visit in the middle of Sept. Got there right when it opened to be the heat. Did the tour with Raul and it was excellent. We saw Harris's Hawks, Coyote tracks, Turkey Vulchers, Groove-billed Anis, Blue winged Mexican Butterfly and
Was at a meeting nearby and looked up burger places. I didnât want fast food. Decided this place. Pictures donât lie. Burger 10/10 is an old fashioned regular sized juicy and a little greasy home made cheese melting mouth watering burger. It was
I loved the ambiance and the theme is pretty cool! I really liked the pizza and will definitely be coming back with family and friends! I really also liked that they have big tables for large groups of people. The prices are fair for a big pizza and
