Brazen Athletics CrossFit Willow - Gym in Hoboken - 1317 Willow Ave, USA

I've been going to Brazen for almost 2 year now, both for 1/1 coaching and classes. I couldn't be happier. I do my 1/1 coaching with Kristy and she's the absolute best. She deserves more stars than I can give! Her planning is always thoughtful, she has endless patience with my shenanigans, and she is always flexible with programming and busy work schedules. Group classes are always a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Jeff puts so much thought into the programing. He and all the coaches are not only great at what they do, their passion is also contagious. One last point and added bonus is the team's connection to the local community. Everyone at Brazen is not only interested in a strong community at the box, but also with other locally owned businesses. This is the kind of place we should all support!!

Brazen is my happy place! Great coaches, wonderful community and the owner, Kristy, is a fantastic person. They really go out of their way to make everyone enjoy CrossFit. No matter your age or fitness level, you should give them a try. You won't regret it!

I absolutely love Brazen! The coaching is top-notch and programming very intentional. I have been there for about 7-8 months doing semi-private sessions with Kristy and recently started doing classes regularly. I am an avid fitness consumer and instructor and believe I have learned an incredible amount while also increasing my fitness in all areas. I can’t recommend this place enough especially if you’re in the Hudson County area!

I love coming in to workout at Brazen. The coaches at this gym are amazing. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. They take the time to explain each movement and make sure you are performing it correctly to prevent injuries. They also push you to your limits in a positive and encouraging way. I highly recommend heading in to take a class.

Brazen Athletics and their coaches have been a huge part of my life for the past seven years. Kristy is amazing and has helped me get back into fighting shape after a back issue and two pregnancies. I’m forever grateful for all she’s done for me.

I have been to a lot of CrossFit gyms and I've seen a lot of coaches... I dropped into Brazen last week and it was a fantastic experience!! Coach Jeff was great! Very well thought out programming, coaching, and explanation of the ideas, concepts, and focus of stimulus of the day. I couldn't recommend this gym enough for anyone getting into CrossFit for the first time or looking to find a good balance of strength and healthy movement in their training. Thanks Jeff!

Before starting to train wih Kristy, I didn’t really enjoy strength training. I’ve learned so much about lifting heavier and I no longer feel intimidated. I’ve even started doing strength training on my own in between our sessions. 👍🏼👍🏼
