Bravas Bar & Grill - Puerto Rican restaurant in Southbridge - 78 Pleasant St, USA

We found this place by accident and we are so glad we did! The owner helped us through the menu (language barrier) and suggested food for us to try. We did the mini sampler, as well as the pork/rice/beans meal. The pork was the star! So good! Everything was delicious and much of the food we have never had before. Friendly staff, (owner even sent us home with a sampler for our kids because it was the first visit for us!) The pina colada was a sweet finish. We will definitely be back!

The portion size to the price is not worth it. The fried chicken is just boneless chicken cut up I was charge almost $17 for 6 pieces of chopped chicken, white rice, and a side of beans that weren’t ready. I won’t return.

The customer service is amazing in this place. It really feels like you're eating at home. They have great tasting Puerto Rican style food. I had the carne frita with tostones and my GF had the chuletas con arroz blanco with habichuelas. The tres leches cake for dessert was 1 of the best I've ever had. the restaurant inside is very clean and it's nice and cozy. The owner always greets you and makes you feel right at home. I will definitely eat here again.

We pulled off the highway desperate for dinner; Google led us here and... Wow. We simply asked the server what she would recommend, she directed us to mofongo and chicken. This food sings. Mostly it sings about garlic :-) I entered tired, apprehensive, ground down; I left energized, enraptured, and ready to face the road.

Me and wife and daughter just ate here and the food was beyond amazing. We’re puerto Rican ourselves and the food taste just like home. We will definitely be returning. And the service amazing also, the lady was super nice!

Food and service was fantastic. I hope they continue to renovate the interior, it needs a bit of more luster.

I think the food is OMG Good. Had the rice and beans with steak, cassava, plantains and a salad, and it was just so satisfying. The owner is so eager to please as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Bon appetit!

I have been here several times since moving to Southbridge and hands down this is the BEST food in town! The owner is a sweetheart and does everything to accommodate his guests. Wonderful experience all around 💯🥰
