Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store - Ice cream shop in Neosho - 520 S Neosho Blvd, USA

Love me some Braum's and I definitely loved this unique location. If you're will to veer off 49, this location is a gem for burgers and ice cream!

I ordered the Chicken Club Sandwich with no tomatoes and no lettuce. It came with ONLY mayo on the entire sandwich. That is a complete different sandwich than what I had ordered. There’s no way I waited 30 mins for bland/ soggy fries, no sauces that I had asked for, the wrong sandwich, and none of the sour cream, cheese, nor crackers that come with the chili. I got robbed like a mf.

Did a scavenger hunt with my grandkids and told them if they found everything we would go for ice cream! The young lady who took our order gave them huge cones and they were so excited. Wish I could have gotten her name. But thank you to the young lady, she made their day!

Since this is the only place to really get ice cream unfortunately. I wish the inside was clean, it never is on any given day. Regular food isn't that great, the parking lot is always trashed the bathrooms are never cleaned, again, at any given time. We never go in and get ice cream anymore. That's only half the building, if they treat the customer area this way no telling how they treat the kitchen area.

past few months hubby and i have been going to the neosho braums for breakfast every now and then as a weekend treat... yesterday we went there for lunch.. the food is really good. fair prices. staff are friendly. the place (bathrooms too) was clean. now it is an older building and could use some updating. but it was clean and tidy.. yesterday when hubby and i went to sit down I accidentally knocked his shake off the tray.. it was MY fault... we cleaned it up best we could then went and told a staff memeber. they finished cleaning it up quickly. and before we even started eating - they brought hubby a fresh shake. no charge. we did not expect that as it was my fault the shake got knocked off the tray. so they quickly cleaned up - REMEMBERED what shake hubby ordered ( or checked computer) - and did not charge us for the replacement shake... during the whole thing the staff had a friendly manner. we will be going back.

I was told I couldn’t get chocolate chip ice cream with my candy bar Sunday when I literally order it that way all the time! I also ordered a banana split. They didn’t have bananas. No problem you can still make the split without bananas, but I was told they couldn’t do that either. Service was awful!

Excellent Braum's! We love the food especially the malts! Everything came out quickly and was very fresh. We'll stop here again the next time we pass through!

I love going to Braum's when I visit the Midwest. I enjoy their shakes and ice cream, but I also really enjoy the chicken strip dinner. This is a great location.
