Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store - Ice cream shop in Fayetteville - 1894 M.L.K. Jr Blvd, USA

This place does not care about anything!! There’s was a LINE of cars in the drive through and we were in the line for probably about 30-40 minutes waiting on ICE CREAM. Once we finally got to order we told them we just wanted a small cup of rocky road and a single dip cotton candy in a cone. SUPER SIMPLE ORDER. After we said our order they told us to give them a moment. Kind of annoying after sitting there for so long not able to leave. Then after about 6 minutes of sitting there someone finally comes and asks us for our order (after we already told them) then all was said was “can I get a sma-“ then we were asked to hold on AGAIN. Ended up leaving with no ice cream and went somewhere else that had better service. Very dissatisfied with this experience and it is NOT the first time they are like this. I understand it can be busy but if it’s for something as simple as getting ice cream (which I’m sure is what most people in the drive through of a ice cream store would want) then it does not need to take that long. I will most likely not be coming back, just on here to share my experience and to tell people not waste 40 minutes of their life in a fast food drive through.

I’ve been to Braum’s before, and this was disappointing. The workers were slow, and somehow figured out how to mess up a Sunday. Two of us ordered sundays and they came out melted and in a cup, nothing like what we thought we were ordering. The store was slightly messy, having to clean off a table before using it. Thankfully braums has a good place in my heart or I wouldn’t go back.

Poor workings only have 3 employees in the store when they have crazy long lines inside and drive thru😳corporate do better! Treat ur workers better! 😡(waited 2 hrs!!!)

Every time I come to this Braum’s they always mess up my order. They either forget to put meat on my burger. Or when I ask for no sauces they put sauces on them. That is why I sadly always have to check my order before leaving this location by verifying with them. There was an employee today who said every time I come to this location ask for her! So I will definitely do that. Thank you Christina (Student employee) I love how she was willing to help me in the future! 💜

The burgers are always tasty, good country feel, and always served with a smile. Restroom could have been a tad cleaner, but it was a Friday evening, and the restaurant was full. Food came out hot and fresh. Would definitely suggest.

Braum's has always had my favorite burger in the fast food industry! Nothing quite like having a shake with a burger and fries am I right? Seeing them with a packed house full of smiling customers and getting my order in a timely manner, it makes what's already a good time, great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I'm sure they definitely appreciate hearing that so make sure you let them know what a wonderful job they're doing by making the whole delicious experience that much better!

Closes at 10:45 but only accepts card 2 hours before close and always puts up all their flavors 2 hours before close. Why not just close at 8pm if your essentially closed then anyways. A few Rude workers as well

I am 9 months pregnant. I was craving that strawberry salad. I waited 16 min before being greeted on speaker. I wasnt sure if i should pull up or wait with only one person ahead of me and the awkward amount of time to be greeted. I finally get greeted and feel rushed, then i get to the window and they forgot part of my order. i had to wait and the people behind me are getting frustrated. I had to ask for a drink and then I even had to ask for straws. There was no client urgency. Still finally i can relax i got my food. I then go and park to eat bc i just ended up spending 20ish or more min to in drive thru. I live about 35 min away and was so hungry. I take a couple bites and start to feel sick. I look into the salad and most of the strawberries were molded. The chicken tasted off, and they didnt even cut it up. I didnt know they put pineapple in it now but that tasted off too. My son said his half size strips were actually okay. I go to walk inside, and the guy behind me in drive thru finally gets his order and stopped me to ask about my order bc they just ordered ice cream. He said it was all wrong and they took forever. I tell him about my salad and he wishes me good luck. I get to the counter and wait another 20 minutes with someones food on the counter getting cold next to me and the person in front of me got their order wrong to after spending some big dollars. The guy didnt repeat the order back he just asked the customer if that was right? And she was like ill know when i see the receipt. I was gonna ask for something else to eat but as im waiting and getting frustrated i started feeling more and more sick. Even the people ordering were surprised i was being ignored, then my son got sick from the 2 piece chicken and went to the bathroom. He never ended up eating his ice cream. I was ignored by staff for a while, then the guy working at the counter tried to skip me i said no sir, excuse me, ive been standing here for a while and id like a refund bc i have molded strawberries in my salad and have waited long enough i no longer wanted to eat. The 2 girls look it over and go to "remake my salad" I said no mam! I just want a refund. Im to sick to eat. Shes like well i need ur receipt. At this point im beyond frustrated and would have been home by now. I try to give her back the cottage cheese and she says we cant take that back and i said throw it away and ill go grab my receipt. I go back in and show he a photo of a strawberry since the 2 girls didnt seem to believe me. she asked me to go get my card bc she cant do $8 cash since i paid in card. it needs to be my card. So i go back to my car again, and after 52 MINUTES i get my refund. I'll never be returning until they go through a customer training course and sanitation course. That floor was filthy as all get out, and sanitation is out of the question. I understand they were short staffed but literally the worst customer experience ever! They had 4 staff and ive worked food with only 2 people and never treated people the way everyone was treated today. The only thing we ended up eating was tums.
