Amazing staff and good quality food for a good price. Didn’t get a chance to have any dessert but the burgers, chicken strips and breakfast options were great. Definitely a decent stop for traveling through. Also, parking for big trucks and RVs. Only about five spots. Easy to pull out.

I love Braum's, I bought my regular combo but substituted my drink for a shake... Unfortunately I found 4 small pieces of plastic in my shake... Called the store to let them know what had occurred was told my next shake was free and management pulled the particular ice cream from which my shake was made... good food great customer service... I let management know stuff happens, don't worry about the shake but be mindful of what I found in my shake... I will go back their to eat, because I know everything else was perfect, yeah I wanted a perfect shake but it didn't happen but they tried to give me the best service. What else can be ask of them. I got a birthday cake waffle cone. It was delicious, I ate the entire thing. They have minis for small kids and up to 3 scoops. Braums has never failed me. They have always been consistent on food and dessert quality.

Definitely the worst Braum’s I’ve been to. I’ve tried it a handful of times hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. Every time I order the make me pull forward and wait for 10-15 minutes. They do this whether you order ice cream, an actual meal, etc. They even do this when nobody else is in line. Also they short you on the food heavily. I ordered a number 10 and they didn’t even include my roll with the meal. Also I only got 4 chicken strips that were about the size of my little toe.

Would have been great except this is supposed to be 2 double jalapeño with pepper jack cheese. Even pointed to and read the sign outlook to the cashier. They screwed out of at least $4.00. We were served regular cheese burgers. That's what you get ordering to go. And the sign we both pointed to was at the register and the cashier read it herself.

Since we do not have Braums in the Denver, CO area, we always stop at this Braums on our way back from TX to CO.Every time! The food is good and the ice cream is wonderful! Don't forget to shop the store.

Stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes in sandwich line alone. Thought I was invisible for a minute. Workers looking at me and just ignoring me especially the drive thru girl who kept turning around after noticing me . Wow, what did I do to deserve this treatment😁. In Dallas employees are much friendlier. Besides I'm a truck driver passing through no worries. Food was good though👍

First worst Braums I’ve been to. A piece of paper on my burger. I asked to remake it again. Second time it had ketchup. Disgusting. Finally asked for a refund. Still hungry. Also the manager is super unprofessional. P.S. the cashier told me the burger I ordered had mayo and the braums sauce. I sub the mayo for mustard.
