Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store - Ice cream shop in Bentonville - 1119 N Walton Blvd, USA

This place is repulsive. Disgusting. They don’t clean because they don’t have enough staff to take care of customers and take care of the store. Frankly, they don’t have enough staff to take care of either. You will wait in line for 20 minutes to get ice cream. If you are on the market side, they don’t staff it so you have to find someone working the food service counter to come to the market area. If you go, look at the milk shake machines and the mix machine. They don’t get cleaned. They often leave trash and old banana peels lying around the ice cream counter. It’s too bad cuz the food is decent, but I’m always wondering what germs are on my food after I’ve waited 20 minutes for it.

My son and myself have come here several times since we moved to the area. We always get the same thing. The past couple of times the food has been mediocre at best, and the service has been pretty terrible.. You can tell the people who are working don't wanna be there. They don't smile, like, at all. They wanna rush you away from the counter. It's like there annoyed that you're there. We came in today Around 4pm Ordered our usual, and they did not put my son's kid meal in a bag or give him a toy. Our French fries We're clearly old and had been sitting there for some time as they were also cold and soggy. When the woman put Are order on the counter She did not call our number but walked away. Two other customers went and stood over our open food Before she did come back and finally call our number. Idk, I thought it was a good place in the beginning. The whole reason I started coming here is because it reminds me of when I was little and my mom used to bring me to Bram's in Oklahoman. We didn't have any in florida so I thought that it was cool when we moved here that there are. Maybe it's just this location.

We had a good experience at this Braum's this week. Our food was good and ready quickly. The manager, Tom, checked on us multiple times. He brought out small ice creams for our kids after our meal. We enjoy our trips to Braum's and are thankful for this location close to our house. There were several people filling out applications and interviewing while we were there. Hopefully that will help them keep a full staff and be able to serve their customers with excellence.

I hate to leave a negative revew here, but I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars, because both food and service have had a noticeable and steady decline during the evening shift. This is the second time in a month that I have ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that has had serious QC issues. The first time, the fillet had actually been replaced with a chicken strip. Tonight, I received the sorriest sliver of a fillet (meat approx 1/3 inch thick) that was cold, dry, and as tough as jerky. Whenever I've gone inside to order, it's looked like a war zone behind the counter with trash and melted ice cream everywhere. Half a dozen employees bumble around each other, appearing unsure of what to do next. I had to remind the ice cream station more than once what I had ordered. Makes me sad because this used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick dinner for the family. I don't know when or if we will return to this location.

I had the best drive-through interaction with Joe! He was very well-spoken, easy to understand, polite, and kind. He is very good at his job! Also my vanilla frozen yogurt was also delicious as always! My friend and I actually left another fast food place to go to Braums because the ice cream is so good and inexpensive. :)

Best Braums experience we’ve had to date! Quick service, great ice cream and knowledgeable staff. Tom at the north Walton store took the time to explain their fresh products such as milk, cheese and bread. He was very friendly with us and the other customers that came through. You don’t see service like that very often anymore! We will be back because we are excited to try more of what they have to offer.

This Braums is going down hill the last 6 months. The quality of food is terrible. The sundaes as you can see picture you pay so much and get this sundae. We will start driving across town to the much better ran Braums on South Walton.

Made the burger with the cheese wrapping plastic in it. Seems to be even cooked inside the burger my wife bit into it and found this. I call manager he said “we make our burgers with paper in them.” Just to make sure he was serious I said the cheese paper? “Yes” the employee that answered couldn’t believe they would do that so it shows me he was lying. Didn’t give me a refund or help said that’s the way it is. Very displeased.
