Amazing service! The pies are incredible! I even do a little grocery shopping here as well!

Not sure what’s going on with this place but they are rude. I order sundaes on a weekly basis. Same order each time. They get it right about 50 percent of the time. And they served me a sundae with nothing but whip cream and a drop of ice cream. This is not typical as I’ve been going here for years! I hope they work on these things. Completely bummed out.

Love Braum's! Wish we had one in CA! Ordered the banana split, which looked as beautiful as the one on their poster. It was delicious!! We also like their grocery store. Picked up some hot fudge to take home. Plan to visit again whenever we drive east.

Some of the poorest and rudest customer service. Fourth time was the charm to get my full order only to leave and realize my burgers didn't have anything on them! Great food with poor service is not worth it

Nothing like feeling embarrassed when you're trying to pay for something and the employee has to announce to everyone in the restaurant and store that there is an issue with my card (there wasn't, I even went to my bank. They said my card was good), the issue was not my card!! IT WAS YOUR MACHINE. My body will never ever grace another Braums doorway!!! Thanks for treating me that way!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Yesss!!!! I think I've found my new favorite place to eat while traveling! Food was amazing! Staff was so sweet, and it was clean! It's so hard to find a great, quality place to eat these days and this made my long driving hours so worth it! I'll DEFINITELY be stopping back by on my way back home! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My first time having Braum's. It was better than the hype about it. It's so good that when I come to Amarillo on Tues I'm bringing a super cold cooler so I can take a few gallons home to Albuquerque with me. Yes, it was that good!! I hope they have some in the deep freeze I can buy.

The food and service was great! The bathrooms though were completely unacceptable and the dining room was in desperate need of a cleaning.
