Never been to a Braum's before - interesting combo of a fresh market plus inexpensive fast food. A few scoops of a seasonal ice cream for $2 hit the spot. Neat :)

SCAM ALERT 🚨 I went to Brahms on three separate occasions and experience the same situation each time. My food was incorrect or cold, and I live across town so I don’t have an opportunity to just come back and fix the problem. *Requesting the contact information of the management did no good as the phone line is an unattended line. I went through the drive-through twice and the restaurant dining area once. Each time I was overcharged (pictured below)👇🏽 I told the employee that the signage that it was $4.99… But I was continuously charged $5.99. He told me to “take it up with corporate.” It’s not my job to make sure that the prices are correct for an organization, it’s my job to purchase items that I want at certain prices that are displayed. I called to let them know about the issue. When I requested a refund, they were unable to assist me because I didn’t have the original receipt from the day before. So… The supervisor took their time to issue me a refund. ********** My overall suggestion is to visit another location. If you are hankering for Braum’s, go to the North West Braum’s location on Walton. Or go to Whataburger (—it’s open 24 hours). ******** very disappointing********

A cute family owned burger and ice cream shop. Wide selection of ice cream flavors and prices are family friendly. Hand scooped like the good 'ol days right into a sugar cone! Mini grocery store is inside and you can purchase prepackaged ice cream, breads, milk, etc.

The people who work here have 0 compassion. Older gentleman fell on the ice in the handicap parking spot. Left him out in the pouring rain on the ice, not trying to help or cover him! I’m completely disgusted.

Quaint place to get a filling meal. The ice cream was the highlight, burger was decent. Crinkle cut fries were very good. They had a seasonal eggnog ice cream which was realllly good.

Had a great fast food burger and crinkle fries! You know a place by the drive thru line - this was wrapped around the place. Friendly staff - who loved my Aussie! Food was fast and reasonably priced.

Drive through and in store are both absurdly slow. Plan for 10-15 minutes or more to get anything, not a good place to go on your lunch break. Food is good but not worth the wait. Not great at order accuracy either. Left missing an item more than once.

Ordered a #6and a#5 and chicken dinner it took 35 minutes to get my food for my grandkids I asked the guy that gave me my food why it takes 35 minutes to fix a hamburger and a 4 piece chicken strips dinner And he told me that the drive through was more important than the customers inside There you have it don't eat inside Braums
