Staff are nice and polite- always smiling! I tried the new pimento cheese spicy bacon burger and it was yummy! Very delicious, flavorful, and filling! I love Braums so def will be returning!

My husband and I love Braum’s and this location hasn’t disappointed us yet! 😍 We love the burgers and we often swing by just for an ice cream cone or tub to share.

Ended up with an extra shake we didn't order but paid for none-the-less. Burgers were okay but the sundaes weren't right. Pretty disappointing even for fast food.

It took 12 minutes in the drive through to get 2 shakes. No one else in line. One of them was over flowing all over the cup, what a mess.

Purchased a dip of ice cream and a malt. Both were good. Great service.

Love this place. It's clean,fast, and friendly. Food is always pipping hot and delicious

I don’t usually do anything like this, but I recently went back to the drive-thru to attempt to find my lost debit card which had disappeared on my drive back from Braum's. I was concerned it was dropped at the pay window. I've worked in fast food before, including Braum's, it's a nightmare. So I was trying to be as polite as possible whilst making sure my card wasn't dropped somewhere out of view of the worker, seeing as cars would be blocking his view of part of the road, and I was also out of town for work and had only so much cash on me. I was surprised at how rude he and the staff inside were to me. I even got a glare as I left. Like I said, I've worked in customer service and dealt with some pretty awful people. I'd never treat someone who was actually trying to be polite and was also in a bind like that. Just surprised by it. Probably won't be getting a shake again from this location any time soon. Insult to injury, my shake tasted off.

I am extremely disgusted at the lack of cleanliness of this restaurant. This is the second time we visited when in town for a softball tournament. Everywhere I looked was filth. Doors covered in nasty hand prints, floors covered in old food(has not been thoroughly mopped) in a while. The order was also sloppy. 3 out of 5 meals were incorrect, and the burgers were put together horribly. I am a massive fan of braums but this establishment is lacking management or something. I am truly sharing in hopes that someone does something and cleans this place up. Take a little pride in your job.
