Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store - Ice cream shop in Edmond - 2001 NW 164th St, USA

Food is always good, people are always friendly. My issue is the cleanliness. The mens bathroom is usually needing cleaned. The ketchup and fry sauce nozzles have not been removed and cleaned in literal months. I see the same gunk on the outside of the clear nozzle, as well as what’s now discolored ketchup and discolored fry sauce near the “base” of the clear spout on the inside. As far as cleanliness, the list could go on and on.

This store is at a crossroads of many neighborhoods. So it is in heavy use. Food is ready on time, hot and good from the grill. Icecream is served well and looks appetizing every time. The bathroom is often not clean, and could use an examination. Something has been being in there, and it may be emergency lights, fire and smoke or some odor control device. Someone often does not take out the nightly trash, which is still in the restaurant bins at breakfast and smells. Thank you. You should have eggnog later in the year and not use it all up by starting in October. Many people want to use your brand to toast at New Year's and can't find a drop.

Love the festive decorations. The staff is always friendly. We love the bag of burgers, chicken strips, and ice cream. We have yet to have a bad experience or food there. Only thing that sucked was their frozen yogurt machine was down but got the old fashion banana split. Never disappointed with that.

Food was great and you can’t beat their ice cream or milk from the grocery side. The store was a bit dirty in the dinning area but everywhere else was nice and clean, from what I can tell. Service was great too.

I love dining in. The staff is great! I especially favor the Jodie Foster-looking short haired lady. She is super fast and really nice. There is also the the tall lady who just turned 24. She talks to me every time I am there and she is really upbeat and fast.

This has to be one of the dirtiest Braum’s I have been to in the history of Braum’s!! The ceiling vents are DISGUSTING & DRIPPING W/DIRT, don’t look @ the walls!! WAIT LOOK @ the WALLS!! They have disgusting marks from the top to the bottom, the cashier stands are also caked w/dirt & dust. I’m not not sure if I’ve ever been to a Braum’s & NOT seeing a windowsill or window EVER cleaned!! We won’t go there with the flies & what they leave behind! OH, my visit today & reason for my rant; that’s just what I observed in the grocery area!! I dare not look into the kitchen, bathrooms or floors. BRAUM’S GET IT TOGETHER!!! FILTH

164th and Penn braums has fast service and has only not gotten my order right twice in 13 years. Very consistent, good customer service. Fresh food. By far my favorite braums.

We stopped at this Braum's location because we arrived early for an appointment(2-25-19 around 4:15pm). The overall outside appearance looked clean, good size parking lot, and eazily accessible from the road. We didn't go to the grocery side so I cannot review it and do not know what they carry however from what I saw while in line it looked clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly and gave us time to decide what we wanted. They were fast with our order and polite. The restaurant side of Braum's was really clean. No trash on tables or floors. The tables were all clean and the soda fountain area was clean as well. I would definitely recommend this location and would definitely come back if we were ever up near that area of Edmond again.
