This location holds ketchup like they should be charging for it. I have to ask for it every time Every time, not the first second or third… every time I get ketchup the packages are sticky and nasty. This has been many months. When they do give you ketchup it’s 2 packets if you’re lucky. These are the old style packets that hardly have any in it. Need like 6 packets for a regular fry. Other than that it’s cool

Drowning my burger in mustard and sloppily thrown together is not good. My fries were cold. Normally It's top notch. This is my go to for fast food cheeseburger and fries. Disappointed this round. Employees are usually friendly with great customer service. They seemed bothered today.

Best ice cream parlor around. Great ice cream at low prices. Bet the other food is good too!

Hamburger awesome. Milkshake awesome. Place clean. Fries cold and half full Asked the manager to replace and fill them up. We were told that that is the amount they were told to put in bag. When he did bring them back he made a remark that the fries were over full. Interesting fact is the Guthrie Brahms doesn't do this. It's a shame because the assistant manager was condescending. Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I ordered a 1# No lettuce and no cheese. I get an ice cold sandwich on 2 bottoms smashed to hell with ketchup and pickles and half container of fries. Disgusting service. 12:34 pm March 3 2023. Absolutely Effing Disgusting. I called corporate but no one answered.

Braums is a chain known for fast food and ice cream - and a small grocery store inside. This particular store has a problem with homeless people hanging around & panhandling (once in a while they can be aggressive) so the drive-thru comprises a large amount of their business. Service is generally good - but you have to understand that they prioritize the drive-thru which is self-explanatory if you watch customer traffic patterns. The food is usually average or slightly a bit higher. Their ice cream is first rate with 10 - 15 flavors available. Their groceries are above average but selection is limited due to the limited space available. Prices are generally quite reasonable. Braums delivers a fair value which keeps customers coming back. Myself included.

Ordered 2 breakfast burrito meals. Was pulled to the door to wait for the order. A boy brings it out with the bag scrunched up in his hands, throws it through window without saying anything and runs back inside. Hasbrowns spilled in the bag and burritos are smashed. It was like they didn't have burrito mix because they put big chunks of unseasoned scrambled eggs, chopped up sausage patties, rough chopped tomato slices, cheese and avocado thrown on 1 end falling out because they weren't even closed right. Hashbrowns were so crunchy you actually couldn't eat them.
