We ordered $40 worth of food. She handed me our ice cream containers, and it flipped over in the car still in the window. Didn't get a sorry, just oh watch out for the lids they aren't on. What?? Really. Anyways love this place but do better.
Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Fresh and hot! My order was also perfect. Seth, working the first window was professional and super friendly. That was so refreshing. Great experience at this location.
The quarter lb bacon hamburger was awesome. My chocolate milkshake but it's good to however my French fries were cold and they were only about two-thirds filled in the container. My wife ordered the two piece chicken strip and it looked like four chicken nuggets. The small fry that came with her meal was only partially full. See attached pic. The assistant manager was kind of condescending to my wife and even when he brought hot fries back he stated that they were "over full". I asked him if they weighed the fries and he said no. So then how do they know what "full" is and if it's not full.
If Brahms is going to cheapen out on the amount of food, no problem. We can spend our money elsewhere. Freedom of choice is great.
I don't want anything free. Just wanted a fair shake. We don't have this issue in Guthrie... Sorry about this Norman. 😎
Braums is our favorite place to go. Two or three times a week.
This Braums is one of the best. Always great customer service. We visit the Robinson Braums almost every Wednesday Eve. Always met by Shelby as we enter. Always greets everyone with a welcome. Fast and friendly . Burgers are great but I usually have the chili. For a special treat, try the chili cheese fries. Love this place.
Black gunk in both loaves of bread? Gross. This was packaged btw!
We regularly order candy bar Oreo ice cream, and double dip, depending on the person serving, sometimes it's well served, and other times ice cream is poorly served. I hope they can always keep the same quality of service.
They were awesome! The staff was fun, yet they were still diligent to cook the food and serve it fast. The food was excellent and I enjoyed every bite!
Out of the last 3 orders, I've had to go back 2 × for the rest of my order.
I told the guy if this happens a third time, I expect compensation. You do realize that someone doesn't get to eat if you don't include this in my bag. Someone goes without a meal. He just smurked at me.
Maybe his manager should give him an attitude adjustment by making him skip a meal. It was after 4 in the afternoon on October the 12th.

The staff are so wholesome and kind! They were super pairing with my indecisiveness. Also they let you sample flavors to figure out which one you want! Also the gelato is REALLY good. Absolutely recommend this place!
