Love that they have an adult kids meal! The number 12. Also that you can get a shake with it, no extra charge, which is such a plus!!! Fries were hot and fresh burger a little dry, but they were super busy all around pretty good.

Having a Banana Split before I have my left shoulder replaced tomorrow. Vicki had a Hot Fudge Sundae. Won't be able to drive the Mustang for two months. The ice cream was delicious.

I was in Braum's today and I had the greatest service, Bradley Aubrey and Kim a few others all hard at work, big smiles great service. I think Bradley at the counter could since I was a little anxious as the store was busy and he assured me he would quickly make my order and did so with just such a genuine smile, he delivered it promptly with a smile on his face assuring me he had given me the extra lines I had. The environment was very cheerful! I will be back

Came in and ordered at 10:01 didn't get my food until 10:18. I ordered 2 burgers. Nobody else was here. They had no inside custom. They were so worried about cleaning and closing soon. Almost 20 mins for 2 small burgers and the fried were cold. Never again

These guys have a wonderful food and decent ice cream, but I have never gotten the ice cream in under 15 minutes. Seems they hire the slowest and most in capable people for the one line that everybody goes there for. They are literally so slow at making it, it is liquid by the time you receive it. The franchises is terrific, but I don’t know which store is worse, Okmulgee, or Sapulpa.

I love the food here and most of the people are nice. However, Melissa the night manager or supervisor is very rude. Acting like simple questions are an inconvenience or just simply ordering food. If you dont like your job then find a new one, but dont take it out on a customer. Very unprofessional!

Went in to buy a gallon of milk and some ice cream /milkshakes with my family last night. We order a waffle cone with 2 scoops, and a large milkshakes, and small milkshakes, both vanilla. Our cone gets handed over with maybe have a scoop bc the young man is unable to scoop the ice cream with any strength. Same story with the milkshakes. He was unable to scoop the ice cream due to not being strong enough, then proceeds to fill our cups with milk and hot water, then makes another attempt at the ice cream, he manages maybe a half scoop at most for the large. Adds whip cream and blends. We pay and try to taste our milkshakes, taste like hot water and skim milk. After battling the flies and bugs for 20 minutes we get this garbage. We ask for replacements but get asked to step back in line lol. I get the mentally challenged need jobs but good night, please get some that are competent. It's not even worth going to this location anymore. The staff acts put out, small crowds overwhelm them, the young males who work there like to hide off in the back and compare muscles (no lie, please check camera footage from the past few nights in the evening. By the registers for the best view. I just wanted a simple milkshake but can't even get that. I wish I could have been refunded but the wait and battle with flies just wasn't worth it. Last trip ever. Will make the move to glenpool

Went through the drive thru and they had us waiting almost 10 minutes. They said that we were waiting on fries.... when food came out, the fries were stale and lukewarm. Burgers were good.
