Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store - Ice cream shop in Rogers - 1102 W Walnut St, USA

Went inside for ice cream. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged. Workers seemed to be purposely ignoring us. Line of about 8 built up behind us. Finally, we loudly asked a girl with her back to us, doing her best to pretend we weren't there, if we could get some help. She gave an embarrassed eye roll and just said, "What do you want?" We gave our order, and she got it and just rudely said,"Here." Like we were bothering her? While she was getting our order, the manager asked her why he wasn't working the drive-through, so I guess their priority is drive-through and only help ice cream counter when that's clear. Notably, the manager was standing there the whole time, also ignoring us. We won't be returning.

This was my first time ever at Braums. Stopped by for a banana split so my review is just based on that. Customer service was great. Manager was nice and even came by to check if I was happy with my order. You can’t go wrong with a banana split so it was good. I very much enjoyed the many options and roasted nuts.

I ordered yoghurt with fresh fruit. It took almost 10 minutes and came with th ice cream toppings. While I was waiting the staff were chasing each other with spatulas, cutting up and generally not service customers. No lid and long black hair completed my experience 😞

It had never happened to me but I think it was always there for the first time. Today I visited this place that I will not return to. the reason. There was a racist. I guess because they left me waiting he preferred to serve two Americans first since I was already there minutes before. 10 minutes. and when I told them what time they would see me, I saw annoyed faces. which made me angrier. to the manager in charge. She has to be a little more authoritative and attentive. with the clients. And please choose your employees well. because the truth is there are people who are very attentive. and here I have seen many comments that do not favor them very much. Put on a good vibe so that it flows well and karma does not fall on you.😡🤬👎

Burnt hash browns, burnt sausage, and a spoonful of gravy. Girl at the window was pleasant tho. Update: drive thru for a grilled chicken salad. Got home. No chicken. Called up there they said to just swing by and they'll give me the chicken. Drove BACK up there just to be told no bc I didn't bring the food and receipt.... I said you should tell people that when they call. Never going back. Horrible customer service tonight on top of missing food.

It wasn't a good experience. First of all whichever brand of coffee that they use they should really consider switching to another because it is horrible. And second the gravy was watery and had very little sausage in it. All aside from that it was okay. I stopped in during the morning rush with everybody in the drive thru on their way to work next time I might wait until a little later maybe it will be better then.

We came for breakfast. The manager was the one who took our order. She was really rude and pushy. Ignored us when we wanted to order milkshakes at the window. Also was missing items in the bag. I went inside to ask for those items and she signaled me to wait. I waited. Still no service so i left. I wouldnt recommend eating here if you want proper hospitality..

I had been to Braums ice cream and dairy store near Rogers Customer service is really very good and the response. They’re ensure reaching customer expectations. They serve very very tasty ice cream and the milk is A2 milk which we will get only in Braums stores across the United States the Braum‘s milk is very good for health because they’re supplying A2 milk and they’re very tasty super tasty. Indians definitely try having Braums milk for sure at the store It’s worth visit store at least once as customer service is good
