We love Braums, but this place we were unsatisfied. People were on their cell phones cooking. My Burger was cold, fries were hot. My Hubs Burger we had to return because the burger meat was raw. 🤮 He got a new one. Check your food before you eat it.

Great place for all of your dairy needs and they are Oklahoma based so you're helping to support Oklahomans to boot! I just love their milk, eggs, and bacon but you can't talk about Braums without bragging on their amazing assortment of Ice Cream flavors! Their in store ice cream cones and old fashioned sundaes are to die for and their take home varieties are a close second (only because you have to try to scoop them yourself)... Try them if you haven't yet... I'm sure you'll thank me for the recommendation! 🎉💯🍦

Drive-thru or dine-in, it doesn't matter. The food is consistently good, fresh, and fair priced. Even if I don't have much money and need to feed 5 people, I can just get a bag of burgers and some fries for less than ten dollars. I love the grilled chicken sandwiches. I usually just try and order whatever is the special menu item for that month or at that time. It keeps it interesting. The ice cream side is legit too. You can just walk up and get a custom ice cream order, on-the-fly. That's amazing.

Staff just great, always, even 15 minutes before closing they are courteous, friendly, helpful, never argue with Supervisors nor customers. ALWAYS A PLACE TO BE TREATED LIKE A ROCK STAR... The older lady working the window, Was handing my drinks out the window , like I didn’t have 4 cup holders I asked for cup holder she was very rude about having to go out of her way to give me a cup holder common sense you don’t see anyone in a ride handing 4 items people need a cup holder , She looked at the young lady said something they both gave me a look , I said Thai you and she don’t say a word back . Not sure if she is having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers . Our sandwiches had two different bagels on each it’s okay they were still good !!

Went thru the drive-thru since it has 2 of them I took the one on the left but obviously is for looks because there cars later I was still waiting for service. So I pull of and went inside to place my order , just a simple cherry limeade so the young kid making it had no help from the senior staff and I meant supervisors so he is making this drink and put his hand with NO GLOVES and picks one cherry and place it on the drink, waits something to the super she said something to him and walks away. He throws the drink away and proceeds to make another drink with gloves this time. Morning shift is ok and do things different but the evening shift needs more training and better assistant supervisors.

They were very busy this day it was lunch time on a holiday week, it was nice to see the young work force putting in the work very friendly and amazing ice cream

Went through drive thru, I thought I could breakfast, I don't normally stop at Brum's. But I wanted breakfast, order a #1, and LG oj. Lady was not very pleasant either, but on I went paid drove up. Haha just before getting to window get my food, realized I got 1/4 pounder. Oh will... but that not why the one star. I drove off down the road I go, burger cold my cheese was not even melted... it's cold as well.. already to far and didn't want to turn around..
