Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant - Ice cream shop in Goddard - 18671 W Kellogg Dr, USA

This is the most quality Braum's I have ever been to. I loved my experience, every part of it. I hope to return here often.

Bag food came in was on the floor with employees shoe prints on it hashbrowns in a dripping clump over fried and hard. Biscuits and gravy I got a double I'm not complaining about the quantity so much as it was overflowing out of the container like a cup filled right to the edge it starts to become a waterfall. Come on do better. The Braums in Texas and oklahoma blow y'all out of the water.

The cashier entered the order on my #1, no cheese. There was cheese. The receipt shows the cashier entered it correctly. Moral: Cashier can enter an order as requested, but you can't make Food Prep follow it.

Ordered the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich combo with a med peppermint shake and was given food and told to pull up for the shake. Sitting and eating my already cold fries with a hair in them I was grossed out...told the attendant when I received my shake. Then getting home I bit into the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten...and up to this point it was my new favorite sandwich. There was lil' to no pimento cheese, the chicken was cold and tough as beef jerky, and there was about a half cup of jalapenos. I enjoy spicy food but when it's used to cover up old our if spec food, it's not good business. I'll continue to frequent Braums...but not the one in Goddard. Please understand that even when you're busy, you must maintain the food quality standards set by the company. Hope everything gets worked out for the best. I Love Braums, but not after throwing away my food and putting my shake into a bigger glass to stir out the two big scoops of ice cream. Good Luck and God Bless.

It's nicely kept. A clean restaurant seems to be a luxury in this area so this is a win here. Also the employees seem well trained and attentive which is also a big plus. I always like Braun's but when you.comare this one to the one in Liberal, this one is far superior.

The food served is fast food. I can't really review that because the only reason I go to Braums is for their ice-cream or milk. It is the best I've ever had!! Braums is based out of OK and will only open stores within a certain distance of their source farm in OK so they can be certain of the freshness. And it makes all the difference! Their ice cream is amazing and so many flavors! Their milk is so fresh tasting! My stepdad came for a visit and I took him to Braums for ice-cream and he's upset now because they don't have a Braums where he lives. Not only taste and quality, but the price is SO reasonable!! I pay roughly $2.50 with tax for a double dip waffle cone. Their banana split is excellent. Pecan, Pralines & cream is amazing ice-cream along with cappuccino chunky chocolate, chocolate almond, butter pecan, etc.... My favorite is their Tuxedo Sundae which is one scoop of vanilla topped with hot fudge paired with a scoop of chocolate topped with marshmallow cream. Amazing!

When you get your receipt make sure you check it. I told them no salt on the fries, but I didn't catch it. This location notoriously over salts the fries. Apparently there are big proponent of high blood pressure.

I haven't lived in Kansas for 12 years and every time I go home, I have to have Braum's ice cream!! This particular trip we went to Braum's 3 times, because the ice cream is better than ANY ice cream joint and I HAD to bring home some Braum's egg nog!!! HOLLAH!!!!
