This facility is the most amazing place to workout and train in Metairie and Jefferson Parish! This is by far the cleanest gym I have ever trained in. There is working out at a gym and then there is working out and training the Brattain Sports way. Regular training vs Pro Training. This place is definitely pro training and worth every penny. Every time I go, no matter how busy, a trainer comes over and helps me train & work out better! Brattain Sports only has highly educated & experienced trainers. BRATTAIN SPORTS PERFORMANCE is like no other training facility in the Greater New Orleans Area. Depending on the time of day or sports season, you will see athletes from ages 8 to 55+ and everyone there has the same goal in mind: TO DO BETTER and GET BETTER! Once you are there, you just know you’re going to put in some work. Workouts are tailored to what you want to do - be stronger, faster, healthier, or lose weight, whatever you want, Nick has a program for you. If your child plays sports, they can do work outs to make them better at that sport, get a better vertical jump, run faster, or hit a ball harder, or even if your child doesn’t play sports, they can get introduced to a healthy lifestyle. You can’t go wrong with this place! If your kid trains here, you may as well get in on the action too, let your kid push you and you push your kid. As far as the staff, they are great, friendly and very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They are always pushing and motivating. And the facility is a huge upgrade from their last place. There is a large open turf area, squat racks (no smith machines ✔️), flat benches, dumbbells, a bike, rowing machine and more. Trust me, go and see what they have to offer and experience it yourself and you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter is a volleyball player and has been training at Brattain for the past 6 months. The results have been incredible! Her vertical jump, speed & quickness, and strength have improved immensely. Nick and everyone on his staff are true professionals who have created a fantastic environment for athletic performance and training. I cannot recommend Brattain strongly enough!

My wife and I started training at BSP 6 months ago. We have both noticed considerable improvements in our overall physical health since we each started our unique training programs at BSP. We absolutely love every member of the staff, and look forward to working out every week. BSP has a very chill and non-judgmental vibe within the facility. If you’re looking for a personalized program that, with consistent attendance, updates every 2-3 weeks, BSP has got you covered! If you’re looking for a gym where you will be enthusiastically greeted by coaches at 6am so that you are motivated to complete your workout before heading to work, BSP has got you covered! I have been training with BSP as an adult athlete 2-3x a week for six years. Outside of becoming the strongest version of myself that I’ve witnessed thus far- what I love about this gym is the camaraderie between the regulars and the coaches. We encourage each other on the challenging days, joke with each other on all the other days and, increment by increment, day by day, we witness each other exceed our fitness goals & become stronger humans. -J.Mix

Brattain is amazing! the environment there is incredible. I love going every time working out with some friends and always meeting new people. I have made so many improvements already. I am quicker, stronger, and my vertical has increased. There are many things I have wanted to improve at for volleyball they have made sure I improve and work towards it. I have a ton of fun every time i go, and learn so many things. Nick and Alex do a great job. They are so encouraging and funny, and always want you to get better. Brattain sports performance is amazing and I love it so much and would highly recommended it.
