Brann's Steakhouse & Grille - Steak house in Caledonia - 6450 100th St SE, USA

We were 4 people, including myself, on New Years Eve, and everyone enjoyed the food. We all had steaks, and each was cooked exactly the way we wanted it. Everything was served in a timely manner. I would definitely return to this restaurant again.

Everything was perfect. (Food wise) Service could have been better.

Missy was an amazing server! Attentive and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the experience 100% worth it. Hoping to get missy every time!

The waiter was really flighty, slow. He only had 2 other tables and blamed the slow service on how swamped he was. Food was average.

It had beena while since I had eaten here, so I didn't know what to expect. First thing I noticed, not going to lie, was that the entire staff looked extremely young. I found out quickly this didn't matter in the least. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. The homemade chips and queso was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas ($3.99!) were tasty too. We both ordered burgers for our entrees, and we also both substituted for pretzel buns. Definitely recommend doing so! We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. My husband had onion rings and I had fries- they were both so delicious. We will be back... probably somewhat regularly. Keep it up!

Mine was great. My partner's steak has to go back to the kitchen for not being done as ordered. However staff very willingly took it back to the kitchen and it was back in no time...this time perfectly done! we had a great evening, very good food and staff was wonderful! Can't beat that!

We like Brann's, but this location was a pretty big letdown. We waited in the entry with one other customer for about 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. She apologized and stated that they didn't have a hostess working. We were seated in a booth with a broken bench seat that was extremely uncomfortable. Our waitress was not attentive and completely lacked personality. The food was mediocre and not the same as we get at other Brann's locations. I have no intentions of returning here. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who feels this way since we visited at dinnertime on a Saturday and the place wasn't even half full.

picked up my lunch today from an over the phone order. I ordered the traverse City salad. The chicken was cold and robbery. The salad looked old was not a good experience. I was not happy. It was my lunch that I quickly went to pick up and had no time to go back in and get it fixed again. Normally I really enjoy brands, but this was a pure disappointment and waste of my money.But what i can say positive is manager deleted my charge for it at least i didn’t end up paying for it , And did apologize.
