Branding Iron - American restaurant in Casper - 129 W 2nd St, USA

This place is amazing! GREAT SERVICE BY MICHAEL!!! Food and dessert were on point. We had one beef & one bison burger each and the poutine fries with cheese curds, and all were delicious!! 😋🤤 A must when in Casper Wyoming.

We were just a little underwhelmed. We got the Fairbanks (lacking flavor) and the Philly (too much cheese sauce). We were also dissapointed to see the 3% service charge for using a credit card. All the food sounded good, just wasn't as good as we thought it would be.

Nice place to grab a burger and beer if you’re in the downtown Casper area. The Farmington burger is awesome! Jalapeño jack cheese, green chilis, and guacamole. Decent amount of beers on tap, plenty of TV’s to watch games, friendly staff, and easy to find parking.

The menu contains a variety of menu items unique to the Branding Iron. The jalapeno poppers are made in-house and served with a raspberry dipping sauce which pairs excellently. The sweet from the raspberry sauce combined with the heat from the jalapenos, the creamy richness of the filling, and the textural contrast (crunch) of the fried breading make these jalapeno poppers the best I've ever had. Lots of other interesting looking things on the menu I didn't get a chance to try. The Yak Burger I believe was a temporary item and it was delicious. Yak is not as "gamey" as bison, but slightly more so than beef. They had a few yummy looking bison burgers on the menu, in addition to beef burgers. I normally go with bison, but had to try the Yak, and Wasn't disappointed.

We had the best time tonight. Our server was amazing. She was so professional and fun. The food was perfect! Just what we needed on a cold night. The server also plays the same sport as our boys, which was a big hit for our family. Our boys had just left the David Street Station after skating and had a warm meal waiting at our table and hot chocolate. Just the best. ❤️

Excellent service from our waitress. We arrived for happy hour, he explained to us that we could order for half price (2pm - 6pm), the food was served on time.

Service was outstanding and food was good a little cold in the restaurant would come back

Stopped in for lunch on a business trip and this place hit the spot! Bison burger was seasoned very well and had good flavor. Sweet potato fries were not too bad either. All of my coworkers enjoyed their meals as well. Service was good despite only one waitress who was also working the bar. May not have been so good if there were a lot of people there, fortunately it was a somewhat light afternoon.
