I have enjoyed shopping here since our move to Colorado. The plant advisors are knowledgeable. Their approach to issues/problems to solve is relaxed but serious all at the same time. They help me laugh at my own mistakes.

Definitely wouldn’t shop here. They do not honor their Guarantee that they sell you on when in stores. I’ve spent $4k+ here and they wouldn’t honor $100 worth of dead plants they sold us with all the fancy upsells to get the warranty. Oh well, will buy elsewhere from now on.

I love shopping here for plants. I can see the difference in product from them compared to Walmart. Brady wins. Today I came in to look and can't wait to start planting.

Interesting place. Have lots of products but as for the staff we've had interactions with, you have to ask the right questions to get the answers you need. We are new to the area, wanting to have a lawn but due to altitude, elevation and drought, having a yard here is quite different from Texas and there's a lot to learn. It's been difficult to get a comprehensive idea of what's needed and we've gone back multiple times to ask different people, tho we've spliced enough info together to figure it out. Also, on another visit, had questions for a manager re topiary trees, but got to wait several minutes for her to finish talking to an employee. They're the only outfit in town who have the products so I guess you just deal with it. Glad they're there. I just wish some staff were a little more helpful and considerate.

Unfortunately when I was in Salida most recently, on a Monday it was closed but prior it was great, very knowledgeable staff

I thought this was going to be a small place, but it's HUGE. Virtually anything you could look for. I went there because I wanted good advice on grass seed, and knew a local business would be the best bet. They have a wide selection of bulk grass seed for a variety of situations. Daryl really knows his stuff and gave me a straight-forward recommendation based on my explanation. Everything I checked out was at a very (and surprisingly for the area) reasonable price. This is my go-to place for everything lawn-and-garden from here on out.

Astounding customer service! I've been a loyal customer for years, but they show their excellence regularly. Today they resolved an issue for me that was outside of their typical policy, but my satisfaction was more important to them. I am humbled & quite appreciative of the kindness of their staff and the attitude taken towards their customers. I look forward to continuing to shop here for years to come and letting everyone know what an amazing nursery we have right here in Salida. Thank you!
