The room was clean and spacious, they offered coffee and snacks in our room. Easy check in and check out. Nice location too, close enough to walk around town. We would recommend it and will stay again.
Stayed her from 1/10/24 to 1/12/24. Stayed in room #8. It was quiet, comfy and reasonably priced. We were even able to check in earlier after reaching out to the Motel because we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever return to Boyne in the Winter we will definitely stay here again.
Excellent! The overall quality is among the highest as far as motels are concerned. The staff is very friendly and customer service focused! I truly felt that they cared about how our stay would be. They offered free water and popcorn everynight that they refilled when cleaning the room. They offered breakfast and coffee which is a nice touch as well. Overall, my wife and I felt very safe here and that our privacy was respected as well. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Boyne City!
Great location and price—comfortable, clean, and quiet! All you could ask for, walking distance to everything in town is a huge plus. We came up in a snow storm and the owner was willing to make accommodations if needed, even when booked through a 3rd party platform. Highly communicative and helpful staff prior to check in.
The wife and I found this gem online. The positive reviews must be experienced by the casual or frequent traveler. We visited Boyne City for knee surgery at nearby Northern Michigan Surgical Suites. We arrived to Boyne City early to se ure a room. We were greeted promptly by Anneke. Check-in was a breeze. Anneke gave us a pass code to enter the room as we explained we would return back soon. There is free treats in the lobby and in the room. Nice touch. Our room was immaculate. We will be back asap to check out the just because of this superior experience at this amazing motel!
Great, reasonable accommodation in a pricey lakeside town. Everything in walking distance. Small room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t nickel-and-dime us for small amenities. We’ll be back!
We always enjoy our stay. It's very quiet and very close to the park and beach. Also close distant to walk downtown for cocktails. Never have to drive anywhere so we can enjoy cocktails downtown. God place good stuff.
Rooms were very clean. Beds were very firm. A little dated, but nice for the price. Did talk to management as I was traveling with an elderly deaf person. Cable boxes will accommodate captions, but remote control will not (Spectrum) Upgrade available. Don't know if ADA rooms are available (didn't request one), but was given a room on the ground floor. EV charging available at the park across the street.
